Hi. Firstly, we would like to welcome you and your family to our holiday home at Greenacres Holiday Park.

Here's to enjoying lots of family time, making friends and, of course, making lots of new happy memories, whether it's chilling outside on the veranda in the sunshine enjoying the peace whilst admiring the views, walking on the beautiful golden sandy beach, enjoying the family entertainment or visiting the beautiful local areas whilst enjoying home from home comforts; there truly is something for everyone.

Our Prestige caravan at Greenacres Holiday Park, is spacious with high-quality finishes. It sits in a prime area with views over the nature reserve and is only minutes away from Black Rock Sands Beach and Complex.

The caravan is pet friendly and is in a stunning, prime cul-de-sac location, within a beautiful, spacious corner plot where you're not overlooked at the front. It also offers parking for multiple cars and a generous, private veranda area.

You can enjoy the exquisite views with easy access to the stunning Black Rock Sandy Beach, the Nature Reserve and the entertainment complex, which is only a few minutes walk away.

The caravan is of a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation, including central heating, double glazing, WC/shower room, 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, iron and ironing board and travel hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and washing machine.

There is a large, king-size master bedroom with bath en-suite, Freeview TV, dressing table and walk-in wardrobe. A large twin bedroom with a TV and a built-in DVD player. In addition, there is a large sofa that can be used to sleep on, and additional duvet and pillows are provided for a fifth person, too.

You will need to bring your own towels and bed linen (duvets and pillows are provided).

Also provided is a cool box with ice packs and an electric stand fan.

Outside, you will find a delightful, ideally positioned, private large veranda area with a rattan table and chairs; a real sun trap.


Bookings & Conditions

A £50 non-returnable deposit is required to secure your holiday dates, with full payment due 6 weeks before your stay.

A £10 charge is added for your fur babies (maximum of 2).

A £100 security deposit will also be required with your final payment. This will be refunded following your departure as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean, following inspection.

This is a privately owned family caravan; smoking is prohibited both inside and on the veranda.

Entry not before 2.30 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Minimum of a 3-night stay during low season (Friday - Monday / Monday - Friday) and Saturday to Saturday bookings only during high season.

6 weeks before your holiday, Haven will email you your registration details directly.

A Key Safe code will be provided 24 hours before your holiday.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided, but please make sure you take your bedding (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases).

Entertainment Passes are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased, if you choose to via your email direct from Haven. Passes are currently only required if you want to do any activities or enter the Marina Bar. You can walk into the complex and access Mash and Barrel, the arcade, the shop, etc.

Important Note

Electric/hybrid cars MUST NOT be charged at our caravan. Our insurance policy forbids it, and the caravan is not equipped. Should you charge your car at our caravan and there is a fire or damage, then you will be liable. There are charging points outside the football pitch if you need to charge your car.





Location

Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park is ideal for families and has ample entertainment and activities for the whole family to enjoy. It includes the Marina Bar* (New for 2021), Cooks fish and chips, Papa John’s, amusements arcade, indoor swimming pool*, Mash and Barrel Restaurant, children’s indoor soft play area, outdoor park and splash zone area, fun star activities*, go-kart *, bicycle hire* a well-stocked shop. (New for 2023) crazy golf adventure village * and a climbing wall*.

Greenacres Holiday Park itself offers lots to do, not to mention the beautiful Black Rock Sands Beach.

Close by, there are unique places to visit. There is the Borth Y Gest fishing village, Harlech, Caernarfon or Criccieth Castle, stunning Snowdonia, the picturesque Portmeirion Village, multiple breath-taking & invigorating walks, the vibrant Porthmadog town, which is full of individual shops and places to eat and drink, or you could even take a trip on the Ffestiniog Railway. An excellent bus service runs frequently from Greenacres Holiday Park to Porthmadog Town.
