Welcome to our beautiful Heritage Dovey Special 40' x 20' fully refurbished holiday lodge for hire on Haven's Greenacres Holiday Park in Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog.

The lodge's main door leads to a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, gas hob, built-in integrated under-counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, microwave, Ninja toaster, Ninja kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, cutlery, pots, pans, and an integrated washing machine.

From the kitchen, you walk into the lounge/dining area. The lounge features a fitted OLED stereo TV, a log-effect gas fire, and a raised dining area with views of the dunes. The lounge opens up via double patio doors to a full-width, large decking area featuring patio furniture and luxury reclining chairs, surrounded by beautiful palm trees that catch the sun's rays, perfect for relaxation or enjoying al-fresco dining. There is gated side decking for security.

From the lounge, the hallway leads to three bedrooms - the main bedroom features a king-size bed, a fitted smart TV, an en-suite shower room, a walk-in wardrobe, and a standing dressing table. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a fitted dressing table area and a fitted smart TV. The third bedroom has small (2'6" beds), fitted cupboards over, a single wardrobe and fitted smart TV.

There is a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a fitted Mira shower over.

With double glazing and gas central heating, the lodge is ideal at any time of year.

The lodge also has the added benefit of Starlink internet, which is super fast and very reliable.

We are pet-friendly. No more than 2 pets are allowed, and no pets are to be allowed to be left in the lodge alone.

Outside the lodge, there is a lockable bike storage area for any guests who are keen cyclists or families wishing to bring their bikes.

Private parking is available.

Check-in is between 3.00pm-4.00pm and checkout is 10.00am.

Haven passes are not included; guests are to seek their purchase of these.

The location of the lodge is halfway between the main complex and the beach. You can see the dunes from the decking area.

Electric Vehicle Charging:-

Please note that charging electric vehicles is prohibited at the lodge, as any issues caused by this could invalidate our insurance. Please use only the designated chargers that the Holiday Park provides in their main car parks.

This is a specific condition that all guests must adhere to; failure to adhere to this condition may result in the loss of your Security/Damage Deposit and leave you liable for any damages caused.
