Caravan Description

Our caravan for hire on Greenacres Holiday Park, is a luxury, 2018 Beaumont (42’ x 14’) caravan, rated ‘Platinum’ by Haven.

It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan lounge/diner, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor decking area.

Within the lounge/diner is a TV, Freeview box and DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large gas oven with 5 rings, along with all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery - everything you will need for your stay.

The caravan has a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds, one having beds that can be pushed together to create a double. Another one of the bedrooms has a wall-mounted TV/DVD player.

Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink, as well as a heated towel rail.

Outside the caravan is a large decking area for you to use, with a large comfortable seating area to relax and socialise. We have a BBQ area that is situated on a patio and a dining area to the side of the caravan can be used during your stay for an outdoor dining experience.

There is parking for two cars alongside the caravan.

To the front of the caravan is a large grassed area, which is great for the children to play safely, with an excellent view from the lounge through the patio doors.

For your safety there are smoke and carbon monoxide detectors fitted in the caravan. There is also an alarm fitted.

Prices include gas, electricity and water.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring your own linen (duvet covers, bottom sheets and pillow cases) as well as your own bath towels and tea towels.

We have a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy in the caravan.

Check in times on Mondays or Fridays is from 4pm. Check out is by 10am.

Guests are asked to leave the caravan as they find it, clean and tidy.

There is a charge of £40 for the standard cleaning of the caravan, due 8 weeks before your stay.

A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. At this time a refundable breakage bond of £100 will also be required. This will be refunded when the keys are returned and the caravan checked for damage.

In the event of cancellation, deposits will only be returned if the booking is cancelled before the 8 week cut off.

Our prices DO NOT include park passes - these must be purchased directly from Haven.




Location

Greenacres Holiday Park is just a short distance from the town of Porthmadog.

On site there is an Indoor pool and outdoor splash zone; the Mash and Barrel pub; the Marina Bar for all your entertainment needs; Millie’s Cookies for a sweet treat; Papa John’s or Cooks fish and chips, if you don't want to cook. The amusement arcade is great fun, with a large soft play area for smaller children. There is also a mini market on site for all the small things. Other facilities on site include a climbing wall, bungee trampoline, kart/bike hire and a NERF training camp.

Greenacres has plenty of entertainment and daily activities for the younger children, with the Seaside Squad and early evening entertainment. For the adults there is nightly entertainment in the Marine Bar.

There are beautiful costal walks right next to the Greenacres Holiday Park as well as an amazing beach to explore. The town center has many shops and places to eat with easy access to many places of beauty on your doorstep.
