Our family‑owned Swift Provence caravan at Greenacres Holiday Park (Haven) is beautifully located on Sands Lane, just moments from the beach and around a five‑minute walk from the main complex.

We’re only three caravans away from a flat, scenic path that follows the stream straight onto the beach. It makes beach days wonderfully easy. Popping back to the caravan for lunch, drinks, or forgotten bits is effortless. From the decking you can enjoy views of the sand dunes and the sound of the sea. Being in a quiet cul‑de‑sac, there’s very little traffic, making it ideal for little ones to safely practice biking or scooting.

You can access the dog‑friendly beach directly from the park, or drive onto the beach just down the road, perfect for unloading everything you need for a full day by the sea. Guests are welcome to use our outdoor storage box, which includes handy extras such as windbreaks, camping chairs, scooters, a small bike, hose pipe, and even a small dog cage. You’re also welcome to use the shed for storing your own bikes or outdoor equipment. We simply ask that everything is looked after, the shed remains locked, and any breakages are reported.

Inside, our modern caravan offers central heating and double glazing. The spacious master bedroom includes an ensuite toilet, and there are two twin bedrooms plus a family shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and full‑size fridge freezer.

Following guest feedback about unreliable WiFi during peak times, we’ve upgraded to Starlink Internet, providing fast, reliable broadband for all guests at no extra cost.

A bed guard and/or small travel cot can be provided free of charge on request. The travel cot is compact so it fits comfortably in the master bedroom.

There is parking for two cars beside the caravan.

We are dog‑friendly and welcome up to two well‑behaved dogs. If you wish to bring more than two, please contact us before booking. Please note that Haven does not allow XL Bullys on site, so we will ask you to confirm your dogs’ breeds when you book.

Entertainment-wise, the caravan includes a 43" Smart TV with built‑in streaming services, plus a smaller TV in the master bedroom.

Please note: we do not provide bed linen or towels. Haven Play Passes are not included but can be purchased directly from Haven.
