Caravan Description

Our beautifully situated 2008 Willerby Winchester caravan is 1 minute from the golden sandy beach and just around the corner from the club house facilities. This is a spacious, comfortable caravan with a balcony that overlooks the sand dunes.

It is in a much sought after location and is great for family holidays.

The caravan is double glazed and fully central heated.

The spacious caravan plot can accommodate parking to the side and the front, and the caravan has a large decking area front and side, compoete with tables, chairs and umbrella for eating al-fresco with a lovely view of the sand dunes next to Blackrock sands beach. At night time there are external lights on the balcony if you want to relax outside in the evening.

The kitchen has a large fitted fridge freezer, great for large family shopping, and there is plenty of cupboard space. It has a microwave, toaster and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining.

The lounge area has a domestic settee for comfort with 2 swivel armchairs and a double settee that opens out into a sprung double bed. There is also a TV and DVD, plus gas fire. There is also a dining area, open plan with the lounge.

There are 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom, with a pull-out double bed settee in the lounge, which is open plan, offering a more spacious feel. The double bedroom has a double wardrobe, drawers and overhead storage. There is also additional storage under the double bed as it lifts to store cases, etc. The twin bedroms have half wardrobes, beside cabinet and overhead storage, and one has a set of drawers.

There are two toilets, both with sink, and one with a powerful shower unit.

The caravan is carpeted throughout with laminate in the bathroom and kitchen area.

Bed linen and towels are not included, although duvets and pillow are provided.

The club house hire shop will accommodate the hire of any baby cots if you request this on arrival (subject to availability).

Cost and Conditions

Weekends and short breaks are only available out of school terms and are dependent on prior bookings.

Full details of costs and conditions will be explained on contact with us. We have varying prices depending on the time of year/school holidays, although we are very competitive for the standard of this caravan and its position on the site.

N.B: We have discounted rates if you have booked with us before or if you request two weeks or longer if booking out of school holiday times.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking and full payment must be made 6 weeks in advance of booking.

A £100 deposit is required in addition to the full price of the holiday, which is refundable once the caravan has been vacated and checked. We have never had to keep this deposit as families leave the caravan as they expect to find it.

The passes for the club house facilities are not included in the price of the caravan.
