Our beautiful, pet friendly caravan Greenacres Holiday Park, is sited in a premium position on Sands Lane, which is 80 steps to the sand dunes leading onto famous Black Rock Sands Beach.

Caravan Description
Our beautiful, pet friendly caravan Greenacres Holiday Park, is sited in a premium position on Sands Lane, which is 80 steps to the sand dunes leading onto famous Black Rock Sands Beach.
This lovely Greenacres holiday caravan is also just a five-minute walk from Haven’s entertainment complex.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full size fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, kettle, toaster and crockery to cater for up to 8 people. This is open plan to the dining area and spacious living room, with wall-mounted TV.
We have 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a TV, dressing area, wardrobe and an en-suite toilet. The 2 further bedrooms each have 2 single beds and cupboard space.
The family bathroom has with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Outside we have a larger than average, wraparound decking area; perfect for sitting out and enjoy the sunshine. It has a table with 4 chairs, plus 2 sun loungers. The decking also has a latched gate, making it a worry free, safe space for children and dogs.
2 small dogs is the maximum allowed.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests MUST bring their own duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels.
Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival. Guest must be checked out by 10am on the day of departure.
Bookings & Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required when booking. Full payment MUST be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date.
The initial £100 deposit will then be used as a security deposit, which will be refunded following your departure once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in good order with no loss, damage and or breakages.
Standard cleaning fee will be added to the listed booking price.
There is a £50 charge for late cancellations.
Haven Activity Passes are NOT included in our rental price. Passes are necessary to use the complex, so if you would like passes for your stay, please contact us and we will email a link where you can purchase passes online.
