Caravan Description

Our stunning ABI Beaumont, pet friendly caravan for hire on Greenacres Holiday Park is of Platinum spec.

Caravans don't come larger than this - it's 42' x 14' giving you plenty of space in the lounge as well as bedrooms, and all bedrooms have a lot more storage space than you're used to seeing in a caravan.

Our stunning home away from home is on Sands Lane, which is the first road from the beach, and as it is a no through road it's nice and quiet. It takes a mere 2 minutes to walk to the beach (though we do walk fast, so give yourself 3 if needs be :)

With all the modern creature comforts, this beautiful Greenacres caravan really feels like a home from home.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'd expect as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher, great larder cupboard with plenty of storage, and a tall fridge freezer. You'll find all the equipment to cook decent meals, a cafetiere and the all important corkscrew!

The super cosy living room is full of light with lots of windows but enough privacy thanks to the sheer curtains. Double patio doors open up onto a sunlit patio that gets the sun all afternoon. Our 2 comfy free standing sofas make it feel like a home. The larger one opens up to a double bed. There is a very effective electric fire, Smart TV and a few games and books. It also boasts a cool built in radio and Bluetooth setup with speakers in the ceiling.

The master bedroom has a very comfy king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a spacious dressing table. It also has overhead storage with built in lamps, a DVD TV and a shower bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2 has two full size single beds, overhead storage with built in lamps, spacious wardrobe, overhead storage and a dressing table. The 2 beds can be pushed together to create a double.

The two beds in the 3rd room may be slightly smaller but are still wider than the usual caravan sized beds. Again, there is plenty wardrobe space, overhead storage with build in lamps and a DVD TV. These beds can also be pushed together.

The main bathroom has a spacious shower and a heated towel rail and plenty of space for all your toiletries and towels.

The large wrap around decking has comfy rattan furniture and is basking in sunshine most of the day. You also have a table with benches on the spacious grassy area next to the caravan where you can have barbeques. We allow small, non-shedding and well behaved dogs, please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet.

We provide bed linen on request as an optional extra. You are also welcome to bring your own together with towels and tea towels. We also have a travel cot for you to use.

We allow a maximum of 2 small, fully trained, non-shedding dogs. Please get in touch first if you would like to bring your pets with you.


Location

Greenacres Holiday Park is located in Porthmadog and the whole area is just beautiful. Black Rock beach is huge, peaceful and stunning, and the sand is the finest I've seen around Wales. The sea is shallow and oh, so warm, it's perfect for swimming, even with kids.

It's also a great base for exploring the wider area, the whole of Snowdonia being on the doorstep and makes the views from the beach simply stunning.

The park entertainment facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor splash pool, arcade, miniature golf, tennis court and various activities for children and adults. Restaurant, fish-and-chips, Millie's Cookies, Pappa John's and a large Marina bar with entertainment throughout the week mean you have everything you need without having to drive anywhere.

Please note that swimming and certain activities will require a play pass which is purchased through Haven directly.

Nestled between Porthmadog and Criccieth, this is a beautiful setting and a great base whether you want to explore the mountains or relax by the sea.

When you stand on the beautiful Black Rock Beach, you are looking towards the vast expanse of this stunning bay, with the backdrop of Snowdonia to the left and Criccieth castle to the right. And if you turn around, you will see colourful hills all around you that can be reached without getting in the car and that give you the most spectacular views of the bay.

With Portmeirion, Beddgelert, Blaenau Ffestiniog and other villages just a short drive away, you are perfectly positioned for mountain hiking or walks around the numerous stunning lakes. Miniature railway in Porthmadog can take you to the hills too. And you have evening entertainment on the doorstep when you return after a day of exploring.

And if you prefer to stay by the sea, the walk from the caravan in either direction is stunning and calm all at once. A short drive away, there are many other beautiful beaches and seaside walks. The Italian model village of Portmeirion is only a 20-minute drive away.
