Caravan Description

Our two bedroom caravan to let at Greenacres Holiday Park, has a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, along with a twin bedded room. There is also a main bathroom, a comfortable lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen.

This double glazed and central heated caravan also benefits from a full decking with patio furniture. which is perfect for sitting in the sun.

Whilst the caravan is much loved it has been recently extensively refurbished (as of 2026) with new carpets, new upholstery, new bedding etc.

Along with the full double glazing and central heating, there’s an electric fire in the lounge for those particularly chilly evenings. Also in the lounge is a TV with Freeview channels. The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge with freezer box, a gas cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle.

A travel cot is present for those that need one, but the caravan itself is not “toddler proofed” in terms of power socket covers, sharp edge protectors etc.

Duvets and pillows are provided (with the exception of the travel cot). However, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels, bath floor mat and tea towels as none of these are provided.



Bookings & Conditions

We only offer full week bookings, Saturday to Saturday, with check-in from 3pm and check-out by 10am.

NO pets allowed and strictly NO smoking or vaping inside the caravan.

Due to Park rules, we can only accept bookings from couples and families - NO single sex groups. Any single sex groups may be evicted from the Park by security and should that occur, no refund shall be given.

There is NO facility to charge EV’s at the caravan. However, there are paid EV charging points provided by Haven close to the main complex, subject to availability.

All bookings require a £100 deposit to secure the reservation. The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Should this not be received on time, we will readvertise and seek a replacement booking. Should the final payment be received before any replacement booking is confirmed then your holiday can proceed, if not, then your deposit will be forfeited.

Any booking made within 6 weeks of the booking arrival date will require full payment upon booking, with no refund for subsequent cancellation unless we are able to resell the booked week(s) in which case a refund will be made, minus the normal £100 deposit.

We will also require a £100 security bond, payable at the same time as the balancing payment (or full payment if booking within 6 weeks). This will be refunded following inspection of the caravan on your departure, provided there’s no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. Evidence of smoking or vaping in the caravan will result in automatic forfeiture of the bond.

Full instructions on the caravan itself will be provided once the balancing payment has been made.



Important Information

Once the balancing payment for a booking has been made, we will inform Haven of your reservation. They will then contact you direct to provide you with a car pass to access the park, and details of how to purchase their entertainment passes and thereafter make advance bookings should you wish to, for activities, restaurant reservations, etc.

Please Note: We are not responsible for the park or its facilities and cannot accept any liability if any advertised facilities are not available during the booked holiday.

Access to the park will be facilitated by the Haven car pass for showing at the park security point.

Upon arrival at the caravan there is an allocated parking space, and you will be able to access the keys from a locked key safe. The access code will be provided prior to your arrival date.
