Beautiful holiday caravan for hire on Greenacres Holiday Park, situated on a stunning, rare plot overlooking the sweeping nature reserve, with the beach & Criccieth Castle in the distance.

Our lovely holiday caravan at Greenacres, is positioned in the peaceful cul-de-sac of GLASLYN,

This 8 berth caravan is in immaculate condition and features:

Three bedrooms (one double, two twin)
One family bathroom with shower
Wi-Fi
Central heating and double glazing
Double doors lead out onto the decking area which has a table and chairs. The UPVC decking wraps around the caravan to the side door, and has a gate. It also offers beautiful views to the rear.

The double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, overhead and floor level storage, a dressing table with mirror and a 24” HD Smart LED TV. It also features an en-suite toilet with hand basin.

The two twin-bedded rooms each have two single beds with overhead and floor level storage.

There is a shower room with shower and wash basin, along with a separate toilet with hand basin.

Parking is available for two cars.

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is by 10am

Haven entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental price. Guests will be able to purchase these, as well as booking any activities, in advance prior to arrival through Haven . Passes can also be bought from Reception on arrival.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer.

We require a £100 non-refundable deposit, which is to be paid upon booking in order to secure your dates.

The full cost of your booking is to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday start date.

Your £100 deposit will then be held as a security bond, to cover loss, damage and/or breakages. It will be fully refunded within 7 days of your departure once the caravan has been checked and everything is in good order. We also reserve the right to charge for any specialist cleaning or repairs occurred during your stay.
