Caravan Description

Our lovely family owned, 6 berth, 3 bedroom caravan at Greenacres Holiday Park is central heated throughout and situated in a great location on the Park, not only close to Black Rock Sands, but also the Park’s amenities.

The caravan has a secure side decking with rattan table and chairs, with cushions.

As you enter, you are greeted with a hallway containing a coat hanging area and shoe rack. This links to the living area with comprises a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area.

Within the kitchen you will find a microwave, toaster, under counter fridge freezer, gas oven, 4 ring gas hob, an air fryer, slow cooker and kettle, along with all cookware, crockery and cutler.

The lounge offers a large open seating area for the family to relax and enjoy the 43” Smart TV, and as there is mobile broadband, you could even catch up on your favourite programme or binge on a series. There is an LED electric fire too. The dining area can also be used for the odd game of cards, Uno or even a jigsaw, which you will find on the shelf.

In the bathroom there is a large shower cubicle, a toilet and sink.

The three bedrooms comprise of a master bedroom and two twin rooms. Each twin room has two small single beds, along with a mirror and single wardrobe. In the main bedroom you will find a comfy king size bed, a large double wardrobe, dressing table, mirror and en-suite toilet with hand basin. There is also a hairdryer (meaning one less thing to pack).

All beds and pillows are covered with protectors and are cleaned regularly.

Please note that BED LINEN is NOT PROVIDED, so you’ll need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers. Please also bring your own towels and tea towels as these are also not provided.

There is parking for two vehicles available to the side of the caravan, but please be advised that charging of vehicles is NOT PERMITTED at the caravan. However, Greenacres does have a designated area for EV charging by the complex (only minutes away). Haven Terms & Conditions on EV charging apply – please feel free to contact them with any questions or queries before you book.

Being a Haven holiday park, there are many facilities on site which are all in one area and less than a 5 minute walk from our caravan. This includes the main Reception, a widely stocked shop, a laundrette and numerous dining options, including Cooks chip shop, Mash and Barrel bar restaurant, Papa John’s and Millie’s Cookies. There is also the Marina bar and Entertainment lounge*. For other entertainment there is a free child soft play and amusements area; an indoor swimming pool*; outside splash park; crazy golf*; a play area and Astro pitch; bike and kart hire*, and table tennis*.
* Activities require either play passes or extra payment, as well as booking in advance.

Please be advised that PLAY PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED in our rental price. Should you require them, these must be purchased through Haven once your booking is complete, or on site at Reception.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
This is a NO PETS, NO VAPING or NO SMOKING caravan.
Main guest must be over 18 years of age.
COUPLES and FAMILIES ONLY. No groups allowed, as per Haven rules, this is our family holiday home too.
Due to insurance purpose STRICTLY ONLY NAMED BOOKED GUESTS are allowed at the caravan or on site. Over occupancy will not be tolerated and security will remove guests, with No refund given.

Booking can be made with a £50 non refundable deposit with full payment required 6 weeks before. If there is less than 6 weeks until the stay the full amount is required upon booking.

An additional £100 safety deposit is required upon full payment, and this is refunded after a security check has been completed and no damage or missing items have been reported after check out.
Following full payment completion you will receive confirmation emails both from Haven (with links to buy passes) and ourself with all the information you should require.
Our Check in 4pm and out 10am on days Monday and Fridays offering 3,4,7,10 & 14 nights.
In paying your initial deposit, acceptance of our Terms and Conditions is assumed.
