Caravan Description

Puffin 40 at Greenacres Holiday Park, near Porthmadog, North Wales, offers double glazing and central heating, and sleeps up to 8 people in one double bedroom, two single bedrooms and a fold-out sofa bed.

The main living area is open plan consisting of the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge consists of an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, a large 40” smart TV, DVD player and electric fire. There is also free Wi-Fi available.

Double french doors lead out onto the decking area which has a table and chairs. The UPVC decking wraps around the caravan to the side door and has a gate.

The kitchen is fully equipped including with a fridge/freezer, gas cooker/hob/grill/oven and microwave, complete with pans, crockery and utensils, etc.

For your comfort, clean bedding and towels are provided.


Bookings

Discounts are available for 7 (concurrent) day, or longer, stays beyond what is stated in the price list.

A non-returnable booking deposit (£100 for 3 or 4 day stays; £200 for 7 days) is required to secure your holiday, with the balance paid, at the latest, 6 weeks before your arrival date. Once the balance has been paid, you will be registered on the Haven system and able to book activities, etc.

Please note that a £100 security/breakages bond will be added to the final rental price. This will be refunded within a week of your departure, providing there’s no loss, damage or breakages, or need for an excessive clean.

Check-in is from 4.00 pm, and check-out at 10.00 am.

Haven entertainment passes are NOT included in the rental price. Guests will be able to purchase these, as well as booking any activities, in advance prior to arrival. Passes can also be bought from Reception on arrival.

The double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, overhead and floor level storage, a dressing table with mirror and a 24” HD Smart LED TV.

The two twin-bedded rooms have two single beds, overhead and floor level storage.

There is a shower room with shower and wash basin, and a separate toilet which also includes a wash basin.

Please note that we are not responsible for any Haven amenities/activities/facilities. You are only paying for usage of the holiday home.
