We have a beautiful 3 bedroom caravan to let at Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park, situated on Larch Grove and complete with large decking, facing a lovely wooded area.

Caravan Description
Our lovely caravan at Greenacres Holiday Park is also just a two minute walk from Black Rock Sands beach.
The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen, including a full size fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and crockery to cater for up to 6 people. There is a spacious dining and living room area.
The lovely decking area is perfect for guests to sit out and enjoy the sunshine and we are ideally located for families with children as Larch Grove is a cul-de -sac, so there is no through traffic and children can play out safely.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests must bring their own duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets, as well as towels, bathroom floor mats and tea towels.
Bookings & Conditions
A security deposit of £100 is required for all breaks. This will be returned following your departure once the caravan has been cleaned and checked and everything found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean. Standard cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
Check in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests must have checked out by 10am on the day of departure.
Activity passes are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased on site. If you intend buying passes in advance of your stay though, please contact us and we will arrange for a link to be sent to you to purchase online.
You do not need passes to use the arcade or visit the on site pub, but if you want to use the indoor pool or go to the entertainment on site, you will need these.
Our daughter Ruth helps to manage our bookings for us, so please don't be alarmed if you receive correspondence from her in relation to your booking

About the Area
At Greenacres Holiday Park, The Haven complex includes a swimming pool, bar and entertainment. There are lots of activities for children and you'll need to purchase activity passes through Haven to use the pool and access most of the activities.There are beautiful walks locally and the seaside village of Porthmadog is nearby too. The Ffestiniog railway runs from Porthmadog, where you can view steam engines or take a trip
The main attraction of this site is the proximity to the beautiful Black Rock Beach. From the door of our caravan, it is less than a two minute walk onto the sandy beach.
Short drives away are Harlech and Criccieth Castles, which are definitely worth a visit.
