Caravan Description

Welcome to my caravan, Kestrel 31, on Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park, located within 10 minutes of the beach, and far enough away from the entertainment area so as not to be disturbed.

This lovely double glazed and central heated caravan on Greenacres Holiday Park, sleeps six guests in one main double bedroom and two twin single bedded rooms.

The living area is open plan, incorporating the lounge, kitchen and dining area. All cooking utensils are available for your use. In the living room you will find a TV and an open gas fire, which boosts the central heating if needed.

Outside there is parking for two vehicles.

Please Note: Duvets and pillows, along with mattress protectors, are supplied. However, I DO NOT supply bed linen. Entertainment passes,
and a returnable security bond of £100 to secure against any damage or breakages*


In booking my caravan, this informs me, Geoff Harris, the owner, that the person booking has read and understands the advert and must abide by the Greenacres Park Rules and Regulations.
*with reference to breakage, this is a guide, cost of replacing an item would be negotiated.
