Caravan Description
Welcome to my caravan, Kestrel 31, on Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park, located within 10 minutes of the beach, and far enough away from the entertainment area so as not to be disturbed.
This lovely double glazed and central heated caravan on Greenacres Holiday Park, sleeps six guests in one main double bedroom and two twin single bedded rooms.
The living area is open plan, incorporating the lounge, kitchen and dining area. All cooking utensils are available for your use. In the living room you will find a TV and an open gas fire, which boosts the central heating if needed.
Outside there is parking for two vehicles.
Please Note: Duvets and pillows, along with mattress protectors, are supplied. However, I DO NOT supply bed linen.
In booking my caravan, this informs me, Geoff Harris, the owner, that the person booking has read and understands the advert and must abide by the Greenacres Park Rules and Regulations.

About the Area
Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park has the usual club/pub area with an entertainment area in the complex. There is also a fully-stocked shop, chip shop and launderette on site.To get to the town of Porthmadog, there is the S4 bus that runs every half hour (this may be subject to change during the year). Porthmadog has lots of shops, cafe's, bars and a train service, one of which is a main line, the other two are used as tourist attractions.
The beach is not far away, where you’ll find 2 miles of sandy beach. Events run on the beach on some weekends of the year.
Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park is situated within easy reach of Snowdon and the surrounding area.
