Caravan Description

Our lovely pet friendly holiday home on Greenacres Holiday Park also offers views beach and Criccieth Castle in the distance.

This caravan is positioned only a 5 minute walk from both the entertainment complex and the beach, making it a very peaceful spot - it is not overlooked and there is very little through-traffic.

The cosy caravan comfortably sleeps 6 people, with the option for an extra 2 guests on a double sofa-bed in the lounge.

We are pet-friendly and happy to welcome one small dog per stay, at an extra fee of £25 for cleaning purposes. Our only request is that the dog is well-behaved, does not sleep on the furniture or beds and is not left unattended in the caravan.

Inside the caravan, you will find:

3 bedrooms (2 twin bedded rooms and 1 double) with a brand new Freeview TV, hairdryer, dressing table and mirror in the double, and fitted furniture in all bedrooms.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property, one ensuite with WC in the double and one family bathroom with shower and WC.

There is a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen including everything you will need to cook: oven/grill/gas hob, full length fridge/freezer, extractor fan, microwave, kettle & toaster, crockery etc. Dining table + 4 chairs

In the lounge, there is a large freestanding 4-seater sofa which turns into a pull-out double sofa bed and a 2-seater sofa, plus coffee table and stools. There is another brand new 43” smart TV, electric fire and double-patio doors onto the decking overlooking the nature reserve.

Full central heating throughout.

To the outside of this south-facing property is a fully-enclosed decking (perfect for dogs and small children) and plenty of patio furniture, which means you can enjoy the view and the sunshine all day long.

There is also a private parking space and a grassed area to the side of the caravan.



Terms & Conditions of your booking:

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday, otherwise we will release the dates and your deposit will NOT be returned.

We also require a refundable £100 security deposit, which will be fully refunded after your departure, once the caravan has been checked for damage or loss. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of this security deposit to cover the cost of any specialist cleaning or repairs/replacement for losses that are incurred during your stay.

There is a £25 extra fee for your dog.

We accept payment via bank transfer.

Our caravan is typically let for:

Full week stay from a Monday to Monday OR Friday to Friday
Midweek stay from a Monday to Friday
Weekend stay from a Friday to Monday

Other durations will be considered during the off-peak season, so please get in touch with us for details.

Please note! We do NOT provide bed linen, so please bring all sheets, bed linen and towels with you.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in the cost of your booking, but they can be purchased directly from Haven, at an additional cost.

Please do not leave your dog unattended in the caravan and dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

This is a NO SMOKING caravan.

We are not responsible for the park itself or its facilities. Please check ahead of time which facilities will be open during your stay.
