Caravan Description

Welcome to your home from home caravan at Greenacres Holiday Park, just a 5 minute stroll from both Black Rock Sands and the entertainment centre.

Our caravan for hire is situated in Puffin Grove at Greenacres. It's ideal for a relaxing stay at the awesome Black Rock Sands. We love it here. So will you.

The Haven rating for our caravan is 'PRESTIGE with decking'. It is cleaned professionally before each new group of guests arrive. The decking is 24ft x 10ft and comes complete with lockable gate and nice furniture. Easy parking is available alongside.

We have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin singles that can be pushed together to form doubles if required. There is ample storage for clothing and personal effects.

All rooms have central heating.

Quilts (2 double, 4 single) and pillows (10) are provided. You will need to bring your own quilt covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels (bathroom and kitchen).

The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. There's also a second separate toilet with hand basin.

Our caravan is stocked and used as our family getaway. You'll find, and are welcome to use, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, cooking ingredients, breakfast cereals etc., even beer and wine...as long as you please leave it similarly stocked on departure. We don't count the number of stock cubes or grains of salt, but would take a dim view of a significant beer or wine deficit.

Beer-wise, Porthmadog's excellent real ale brewery, Purple Moose, has a shop on the main street. They also do tours of the brewery, just around the corner.

The caravan has its own EE Wi-Fi internet access (FREE of charge), a 2025 Smart TV, air fryer and well-equipped kitchen.

The decking has faux-rattan furniture, including a six-seater cube table and chairs. A storage box by the decking steps contains a variety of beach equipment that you can also make use of. Please leave the box slightly tidier than you find it (our family members are hopeless at keeping it tidy, so if it's a mess, we apologise). There are large scale (orange cover) Ordnance Survey maps that you're welcome to borrow.

Flexible lengths of stay: Apart from specifying a minimum of three nights (or four during school summer holiday), we strive to be as flexible with dates and durations as possible. Outside of the school summer holiday, there are no set arrival or departure days, just ask for what you want.

A £50 non-returnable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The rental is payable one calendar month before your arrival date together with a £150 security bond that will be refunded to you within a week of your departure once the caravan has been checked and no loss, damage or breakages*, or need for a heavy duty clean, have occured. *We recognise that minor accidents do happen and we do NOT penalise them.
