Caravan Description

Our ‘Prestige’ caravan at Greenacres Holiday Park, is a short 5 minute walk from Black Rock Sands beach and boasts stunning beach and mountain views.

It has a full wraparound decking with Rattan furniture, to make the perfect seating area for you to take in the glorious mountain views whilst listening to the sound of the waves crashing when the tide is in.

The caravan has three bedrooms. The king size master bedroom has a flat screen, wall-mounted TV and an ensuite with toilet and basin. The two twin bedded rooms each have fitted wardrobes. There is also a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, so the caravan will comfortably sleep eight guests.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels as they are NOT provided.

The main bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

The open plan living area comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. Within the fully equipped kitchen is a full size fridge with freezer box, a gas oven/hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine etc., along with a dining table and chairs. Private Wi-Fi and a TV can be found in the lounge. There is also an electric fire to supplement the central heating on those chillier days.

Bookings & Conditions

We offer 3, 4 or 7 night stays from a Monday or Friday, with check-in from 3pm and check-out by 10am. Unfortunately, we do not allow Saturday to Saturday bookings.

NO PETS allowed.

Strictly NO SMOKING / VAPING.

Couples and families only. No groups allowed, as per Haven rules.

Main guest must be over 18 years of age.

Only the people on the booking form are allowed to enter site and the caravan. Over occupancy will not be tolerated and security will remove guests, with no refund given.

Every booking requires a £100 deposit. Full balance must be received 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

Along with the final payment, a £100 security bond will be required. This will be refunded upon inspection of the caravan on your departure, as long as there is no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean. Loss of the keys will result in the loss of the security bond.

If a booking made within 4 weeks of the start date, full payment (plus security bond) is required at the time of booking.

If full payment is not received before 4 weeks of arrival, your holiday will be cancelled and the initial £100 deposit will be lost.

Our full TERMS & CONDITIONS will be provided upon booking, including our Cancellation Policy. In paying your initial deposit, acceptance of our Terms and Conditions is assumed.



Important Information

There are NO site facilities open to the public for breaks between 03/11/2025 and 02/03/2026

Electric vehicles CANNOT be charged from the caravan. Haven has a designated area for EV charging by the main complex. Haven’s Terms & Conditions on EV charging will apply, details of which can be found on their website.

Haven entertainment passes are NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of your stay. They can be purchased from Greenacres Reception on arrival, or by link which will be sent to you once Haven have confirmed your stay. Once confirmed, you will receive an email from Haven with a registration code and a car pass, along with the option to purchase the passes. This email also allows you to get on site.

Once you arrive at the caravan you will be able to self-check in with the key code provided. The key safe location will be sent to you along with code on the morning off arrival.

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance for your holiday to provide extra protection should the holiday not go according to plan.
