Caravan Description

Our 3 bedroom, family static caravan for hire at Haven’s Greenacres Holiday Park, is called Topanga - where the mountains meet the sea!!

We love our caravan at Greenacres Holiday – it’s ideal as a base for a fun filled break, a beach holiday or just to get away into the Welsh air for a few days for rest and relaxation.

The main, double bedroom has an ensuite toilet , dressing table and wardrobe and the 2 twin rooms both come with a wardrobe. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The caravan has pillows and duvets for 6 people, you will need to bring sheets, bedding, towels, tea towels, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and microwave and all the kitchen equipment you could need.

We have a selection of games and books in the lounge that you can use for your entertainment, in addition to Wi-Fi and a TV with Freeview.

We have gated, secure wrap around decking with furniture that allows you to make the most of the beautiful Welsh weather, enjoying the sun for most of the day and into the evening.

We are on the Birch Area of the park, which means that we are just a 1 minute from the pedestrian access to the beach, which means that we are just a short walk to the entertainment complex.



Bookings & Conditions

Please be aware that we are responsible for providing you with this accommodation and registering your arrival and departure with Haven.

Haven Play Passes are not included in your booking but may be purchased from Haven, who will contact you directly one the balance of your holiday has been received.

Booking are available Monday- Friday, Monday - Monday and Friday to Friday.

Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out at 9.30am, which allows the cleaners to access the caravan between guests.

We ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100 and a completed Booking Form in order to secure your stay. With the remaining balance to be paid within 6 weeks of your holidays.

We also ask for a refundable security deposit of £100, which will be returned to you once the caravan is checked following your departure to cover for any potential breakages/damage.

We accept 1 small dog.
