Caravan Description

Book in confidence with us, we have been renting out our caravans in Towyn for 14 years and have gained a 1st class reputation within our industry for being trustworthy, reliable, professional and above all providing quality accommodation for our customers.
WiFi is provided free of charge in all our vans.

We are fully aware that every holiday is important and well earned, so we endeavour to provide and maintain the high standards of our beautiful, well equipped and incredibly homely caravans, which has resulted in a huge amount of returning customers that book with us year after year.

This beautiful Pemberton Knightsbridge is a very spacious 42ft x 14.5ft top of the range caravan that has been furnished to our usual very high standards.

It is sited on a front row plot which is a popular location with our customers as it is close to the site facilities but not close enough to hear any noise.

It has PVC double glazing and full gas central heating throughout.

The lounge has a 55 inch TV and Sky Q connection (you just need to connect your own Sky Q box), there is also a hi-fi if you prefer to relax with some background music.

The large plush 3 piece suite is big enough to accommodate the whole family with ease. The front sliding doors open out onto an enclosed decking with seating.

The spacious kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, Dolce Gusto drinks machine, plus all the usual kitchenware. There is an abundance of storage and work space plus an island unit with wine rack and extra storage.


There are 3 bedrooms all with TVs fitted - the main bedroom has a double bed plus the added bonus of an en-suite shower room. The two twin bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. All mattresses and pillows are fitted with quality protectors, duvets are provided. Fresh bed linen can be hired for a small fee, but we are unable to provide towels sorry.


The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower above, wash basin, vanity unit and heated towel rail.


We provide a hair-dryer, high chair, iron, ironing board, vacuum and cleaning products.


The Knightsbridge sleeps 7 people but the 7th person MUST be an infant, we do not allow sofa beds to be used sorry.





BOOKING TERMS AND IMPORTANT INFOMATION -

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, this is in addition to the hire price & will be held as a damage/security bond. Your deposit/bond will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure. We ask that you leave the caravan clean & tidy as you found it on arrival.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday.
Payments by bank transfer, cheque, postal order or cash are all welcome and can be paid either in full 4 weeks before the start date of your holiday or in instalments.

Check-in from 2.00pm check-out by 11.00am.

PLEASE NOTE- your holiday DOES NOT include payment protection or holiday insurance, therefore we strongly advise you to take out your own travel insurance to cover any losses incurred should you have to cancel your holiday.
