Caravan Description

Welcome to our strictly NON - SMOKING holiday caravan.



The accommodation includes a spacious lounge area with as new fitted carpet, Freestanding 3 and 2 seater leather sofas, 32" flat screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and radio/CD player. There is a gas fire with display shelves and storage, and a further fitted unit with display and storage.
The dining area is also situated in this room, with a good size circular table, 4 chairs and a stool. There is also a door in this room with access to the small veranda, with table and 2 chairs.
We have a storage coffee table and matching sideboard, as well as a side table.. all in light wood.


The separate kitchen is just off the dining area and has a full size gas cooker (almost new) with oven, grill, 4 ring hob, full size half and half frost free fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric toaster and electric kettle. ( All as new )

There's also plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and glassware for your holiday needs, as well as a steam iron and ironing board.

Then we come to the hallway with the main entrance door, a fitted unit for coats etc. and doors to the bathroom and 3 bedrooms.

The bathroom includes a WC, shower unit, wash basin and a mirrored wall cabinet.

Bedroom one has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside units, overhead storage units, overhead light, dressing table with fixed wall mirror, duvet and pillows.

Bedroom two has a single bed, wardrobe, bedside unit, duvet and pillow.

Bedroom three has twin beds, which can be pushed together to create a double if required, a wardrobe, bedside unit and overhead storage.

All our prices include gas and electricity. No passes required for the club.

Outside there is a lovely grassed area with various pot plants for your enjoyment, as well as a patio table and chairs. There is also a parking space for your car.

Booking Terms & Conditions

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required within 7 days of booking.

The balance due for your holiday must be paid 4 weeks before the start date of the holiday.

There is a £50 per week breakage/damage bond which is payable with your balance. This will be refunded within 14 days of your holiday end date, providing there are no breakages etc. upon our inspection

The caravan must be left clean and tidy.

Bookings only accepted from families and couples.

We are unable to accept bookings from any all male or all female parties sorry (Site Rules).

The minimum age we can accept holiday bookings from is 25 years.

Lettings are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated.
