Caravan Description
We have a 2024 Willerby Malton static caravan with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a built in microwave, air fryer, full size fridge/freezer, all crockery, cutlery and utensils for four people.
The lounge area has a two and three seater sofa, 48" TV with Roku Freeview, private Wi-Fi, and benefits from double sliding doors that open out on to the front decking area with a patio set.
Both bedrooms have USB sockets for your chargers. The main bedroom consists of a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a dressing table. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds. We provide you with mattress protectors, pillow protectors, and duvet protectors, we ask for these NOT to be removed. Please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Our family bathroom has with a large walk-in glass fronted shower.
In addition to the front decking, we have a side decking area also with table and chairs that catches the sun all day long!
You can find parking for two cars next to the caravan.
Bookings can be arranged for any days or period with a minimum of 3 nts but are normally from:

£50 non refundable deposit required when booking.
The remaining balance plus £100 security deposit is required 4 weeks before holiday start date (Security deposit refunded within 7 days of departure if caravan left clean, tidy and damage free)

About the Area
At Parc Caerelwan there is a swimming pool and soft play area that require passes, which can be purchased through the park. Also on site (which passes are not needed for) is an outdoor play area, launderette, and EV charging points.Just a short walk away is Sands Leisure Complex which includes a clubhouse, bar, amusement arcade, shop, burger bar and chippy.
Talybont station is a 2 minute walk with trains taking you to Barmouth, Porthmadog and further. 5 minutes in the other direction is the massive Talybont beach.
