Caravan Description

Welcome to our beautiful holiday home to let at Brynowen Holiday Park in Borth. We have owned this caravan from brand new and have taken pride in maintaining its appearance.

The caravan is situated at the top of the park classed as the “prestige” area, with breathtaking views over the sea, estuary, and mountains.

The caravan comes with all that is needed to make your stay comfortable and homely. Cleaning products are supplied for your convenience.

The caravan has free Wi-Fi and a smart TV, DVDs, games, and some books in the lounge. There are 2 fans in the caravan for when it becomes too warm during the summer months.

Fully equipped kitchen consists of toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle, coffee machine, slow cooker, air fryer, crockery, glasses, and cutlery for up to 8 people (plus many more extras).

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. There is also a double pull- out sofa bed in the lounge area. We supply pillows and duvets, all that you need to bring is your own bed linen, towels, and tea towels.

The caravan boasts two WCs and one large power shower. Many guests have commented that “It’s the best shower they have encountered in a caravan”. There is an outside tap with hose to wash your feet off before entering caravan so that you do not block the shower drainage with heavy settling sand.

There are five steps up to the decking with handrails either side. It also benefits from having a gate to keep the children safe when playing on the decking and seating to enjoy al-fresco dining while soaking up the views. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the caravan.


Also supplied for the small ones (and your convenience) is a travel cot, highchair, and a baby bath.





Location

At Brynowen Holiday Park you can purchase your entertainment/pool passes from reception (these are not supplied by the owners as per park rules). The maximum cost is £14 per adult, per week and children are £10 per child, per week (under 2’s are currently free). These passes enable you to use the indoor swimming pool with flume, the entertainment venue, entertainment around the park, and entry to restaurant.

The beautiful Blue Flag beach is approx. a 2 minute walk from the entrance to the park.

There is also a car park over the road from Brynowen, as the caravan is sited at the top of the park lots of previous guests have driven down to the car park and walked the two minutes to the beach (makes it easier after a relaxing day to drive back up to the caravan).

Aberystwyth is a 15 minute drive away with its many shops and restaurants.

There are lots of attractions within a 60 minute drive, lots of information brochures are available to take from reception.
