Caravan Description
Our caravan is situated on a quiet corner plot at the rear part of the park, with an access gate available on foot only 100 metres from the caravan.
The caravan offers an open plan living space, comprising the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Within the fully equipped kitchen you will find all of your electric items, including a toaster, kettle and air fryer. There's also a dining table and chairs.
There are two bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which is also accessed from the hallway. The twin bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to form another double if preferred.
The settee can be used as a single bed under the window in the living room.
Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit is required to secure your dates. This will be deducted from the balance, which must be received 4 weeks before the holiday start date.
Along with your balance payment, we also require a £100 security deposit, which is to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages, as well as the recycling. Browns Holiday Park has a strict recycling system, so if you are found not to be using the recycling system and we receive a fine, this will be taken from your security deposit.
Once the condition of the caravan has been confirmed and there are no recycling issues, the £100 will be refunded this can be refunded before you depart by the owner.

CCTV is also in operation and we’ve never had any issues in 20 years.
Browns Holiday Park is in an ideal central location for all the amenities in Towyn, including Tir Prince, Knightley's funfair and plenty of arcades for the children.
On the Park itself, there's a lovely family club that serves food and has good entertainment.
Close by you'll find:
. Tir Prince market at weekends and some midweek days during school holidays
. Family friendly pubs and entertainment bars, all within walking distance
The Park offers easy access to the A55, for visiting the whole of North Wales.
