Caravan Description

Modern 3 bedroom, double glazed, central heated, pet friendly caravan to let on the popular Barmouth Bay Holiday Village in Talybont, Gwynedd.

We can offer flexible arrival and departure dates.

Minimum 3 nights.

Main school summer holidays are from Saturday to Saturday.

Within our lovely caravan on Barmouth Bay Holiday Park, there is a comfortable living area with a pull-out double bed, plenty of seating, a gas fire, Freeview TV and DVD player, along with DVDs, books and games for you to enjoy. There is also a dining table with stools.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a gas oven/hob, full height fridge freezer, built-in microwave, kettle and a toaster.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms, each with a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.

Outside we have a patio set and parking for 2 cars.

On site there is a Play area.Sports court,Indoor Swimming Pool and a Launderette


PLEASE NOTE DUVETS AND PILLOWS ARE SUPPLIED BUT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN


Bookings & Conditions

We ask for 20% deposit to secure your dated. Full payment must be received 6 weeks before your arrival date. If you book less than 6 weeks from the start date, full payment will be required upon booking.

A Security Bond of £100 will be required with your final payment. This will be refunded the day after your departure as long as everything is found to be in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

Important Note: Electric cars MUST NOT be charged at the caravan. There is a charging point approximately 50m away, by the launderette.

Location

Barmouth Bay Holiday Village is situated approximately 75m from the lovely sandy beach at Talybont in Gwynedd. On site facilities include a swimming pool, play area, sports court an launderette.

Next door is The Sands Entertainment Complex where you will find a bar and grill, supermarket, an amusement arcade and a fish and chip shop.

There are two other pub restaurants within walking distance on Barmouth Bay Holiday Village

There is a train station 500m away, with trains to Barmouth, Harlech and Porthmadog.
