• Wi-Fi available: £10/week or £15/fortnight
• Pet friendly: 1 large dog or 2 small dogs (house-trained only)
• Note: Banned breeds under the Dangerous Dogs Act, including XL Bully, are not permitted
• EV charging: Not permitted from the caravan due to low voltage supply. EV chargers available on-site near the launderette.

Booking Information & Conditions
• £100 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of booking
• Balance due one month before holiday start date
• £100 key/security deposit payable before or on arrival (cash/bank transfer) – refunded after departure if no damage or excessive cleaning is required
• Minimum one month’s notice for bookings; full payment required for late bookings
