Lodge Description

We want to share our beautiful home by the sea with you, which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 guests.

Barefoot Lodge has spectacular sea, mountain and river views and is just metres from the picturesque beach (with miles of golden sands). A bit of heaven awaits.

Barefoot lodge has three bedrooms, one master with kingsize bed with en-suite, two twin bedrooms with full size single beds. Each bedroom also has a TV, the lounge has a sofa bed so the lodge sleeps eight guests comfortably.

The en-suite has a shower, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

Have a glass of wine whilst taking in the spectacular all round views of the bay, Snowdonia mountains and river. Watching the world go by isnt compulsory but ice cream is.
Chill on the secure raised decking, but don't forget to bring your binoculars as dolphins can regularly be seen (best times are around 6 to 7 in the evening) or just unwind in the lounge, on the comfy sofas with a cuppa.

You could choose to get a takeaway from one of the many local restaurants, but if you're a budding Jamie Oliver, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven/hob, fridge freezer and even a dishwasher and washing machine.
If the weather isn't so great, the lodge is fully central heated and double glazed so holidaying all year round is fine, but if we can order the good weather for you, we will.

Bookings & Conditions
Whilst we do welcome one small / medium dog. Dogs are NOT permitted on the furniture or beds and we ask that you bring there dog bed for them to sleep in.

No smoking is allowed in the Lodge

Electric cars should be not be plugged in to the Lodge as it can damage the electric board. A charging point is next to the laundrette onsite.

A £100 deposit (non-refundable) and £100 damage deposit is required to secure your booking, The balance is then due no less than 6 weeks before your holiday. Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking. Damage deposit returned within 48 hours.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise and you have to cancel your holiday, your deposit can be moved to a different date, different prices may apply.

Location
We are situated just metres from the beach, so you may not want to venture very far.
There's a heated indoor swimming pool on site, a castle shaped adventure park for the little ones and basketball court.

The Sands bar, has activities for everyone, which is next to the chip shop, arcade and supermarket. Pop to the top of the road and you will find Ysgethin Inn, where you can enjoy a meal next the river.

In the lodge there are leaflets that will help you plan your holiday. If you need to ask anything reception are excellent or please get in touch with us directly we are happy to help.
