Lodge Description

We want to share our beautiful home by the sea with you, which offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests.

Barefoot Lodge has spectacular sea, mountain and river views and is just a one minute walk from the picturesque beach (with miles of golden sands). A bit of heaven awaits.

Barefoot lodge has three bedrooms, one master with kingsize bed with en-suite and two twin bedded rooms with full size single beds. Each bedroom also has a TV, the lounge has a sofa bed so the lodge sleeps eight guests comfortably.

The en-suite has a shower, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over.

Have a glass of wine whilst taking in the wraparound, spectacular views of the bay and mountains. Chill on the decking, but don't forget to bring your binoculars as dolphins can regularly be seen (best times are around 6 to 7 in the evening). Or even unwind in the lounge, on the comfy sofas with a cuppa.

You could choose to get a takeaway from one of the many local restaurants, but if you're a budding Jamie Oliver, the kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven/hob, fridge freezer and even a dishwasher and washing machine.

Watching the world go by isn't compulsory, but an ice cream is.

If the weather isn't so great, the lodge is fully central heated and double glazed so holidaying all year round is fine, but if we can order the good weather for you, we will.

Bookings & Conditions

If you have booked for 5 people and you are found to have 7 people at lodge then you may be asked to pay extra due to bed linen and cleaning or you may be asked to leave.

Whilst we do welcome one small dog at no extra cost, they are NOT permitted on the furniture or beds and we ask that you bring there dog bed for them to sleep in.

No smoking is allowed in any part of the Lodge at any time. Please only smoke outside and use an ashtray.

Electric cars should be not be plugged in to the Lodge as it can damage the electric board. A charging point next to the laundrette onsite.

A £100 deposit (non-refundable) and £100 damage deposit is required to secure your booking, The balance is then due no less than 6 weeks before your holiday. Should your holiday begin within 6 weeks of your booking, full payment is required on booking.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise and you have to cancel your holiday, your deposit can be moved to a different date, different prices may apply.

You must also tell us your full requirements at the time of booking, for example if you would like to bring any pets, vehicles, and/or whether you have any special requirements such as disabled or easy access. We may need this information when deciding whether we are able to accept your booking.




Location

We are situated just three 1 from the beach, so you may not want to venture very far.

There's a heated indoor swimming pool on site, a castle shaped adventure park for the little ones and basketball court.

The club house has lots of activities for everyone, which is next to the chip shop, arcade and supermarket. Just pop to the top of the road and you will find Ysgethin Inn, where you can enjoy a meal next the river.

Should you venture out of the caravan park you will find it’s brilliantly situated an 8 minute drive from Barmouth.

Barmouth has a beautiful harbour, restaurants, shops and funfair and a market twice a week in the centre. You could be adventurous and take paddle boarding lessons in the harbour.

Harbour trips are very regular hopefully see the dolphins also fishing trips are available.
Drive 10 minutes the other way you will come to Harlech where you can visit the spectacular castle, well worth a visit. Shell island is also very close.
