Caravan Description
Our pet friendly caravan on Barmouth Bay Holiday Park is surrounded by decking, making it ideal for small children and dogs. The gate can be locked for extra peace of mind.
The caravan is fully equipped and offers double glazing and central heating.
Within the living area you’ll find built-in seating, an electric fire, TV and DVD player, plus a drop-down double bed. There’s also a free-standing dining table and 4 chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has all usual appliances, including a full size dishwasher.
In addition to the main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin, the master bedroom has an en-suite toilet with hand basin.
Pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels.
The caravan is surrounded by a lockable decking, making it ideal for small children and dogs. There is a 4 seater rattan table and chairs available, along with a gas BBQ.
Dogs are more than welcome. Barmouth Bay Holiday Park is dog friendly all year round, as is the beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the caravan.
Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed in the caravan, but the decking area can be used. Please DO NOT put cigarettes out on the decking and dispose of them considerately.

About the Area
Barmouth Bay Holiday Park is situated just out of side Barmouth on the way to Harlech. It has its own indoor heated swimming pool, a children's play area and a launderette.The Park also has the added advantage of having direct access to the local beach, which is dog friendly all year round and only 5 minutes from the caravan.
Most of the larger supermarkets, such as Asda and Tesco, will deliver to the Park, so that’s less you have to bring with you.
Nearby, on The Sands Leisure Complex, there is a Sports Bar offering well-priced meals, evening entertainment and several special event weekends during the summer. There is also a well-stocked supermarket, fish and chip shop, pizza takeaway and an amusement arcade to keep the children entertained.
There are several nice eating places nearby too, including ‘1957’ and ‘The Ysgethin Inn’, both of which are dog friendly. I can recommend Sunday lunch at both.
Local places worth a visit include Porthmadog, Port Merrion and Barmouth itself, which has a funfair all year round, donkey rides and trampolines. There’s lots of little cafés and many pubs serving well priced meals too, plus a fantastic range of artisan shops – it’s well worth a visit.
