Caravan Description
Our central heated, double glazed and pet friendly caravan for hire on Barmouth Bay Holiday Village, is located roughly 150 yards from the beach.
We provide bed linen, towels and tea towels.
You will arrive to find nice fresh bed linen, 2 toilet rolls (one for each toilet 2, washing up liquid, dishcloth, hand soap and sponge scourer. There will be salt and pepper along with other condiments left by other renters. Check the fridge/freezer for product left for the next rental, Ice may also be left for you.
There is a large, decked area to the front of the caravan, which has an oval, wicker, glass-topped table with six comfortable, cushioned armchairs. There is also decking to the side, where there is also a small table with two chairs for those intimate evenings or morning coffee. These chairs match the larger table and can make up 8 seats in total. We also provide a 6 burner gas BBQ and a umbrella.
Parking is available for two cars.
Within our caravan at Barmouth Bay Holiday Park, we have a quality Wi-Fi provision and many home comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a TV in the lounge, master bedroom and first twin bedroom.
We aim to provide clean, comfortable and safe accommodation that can sleep up to 8 people, using the 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed.
There is a large lounge area with a 32” Smart TV that is connected to our private 4G Wi-Fi router, so connecting to your Netflix, Prime Video or streamed TV is not a problem. There’s also a DVD player and a few DVDs for your entertainment.
The master bedroom and the first of the twin bedrooms, each have a Smart TV and a hairdryer provided.
In the kitchen there is a large fridge, freezer and gas hob/oven/grill, .along with all the usual items, such as a kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, cafetiere, pots, pans, cutlery etc. There is also a quality microwave that includes a grill, making your cheese on toast easy.
A table and chairs can be found in the dining area next to the kitchen.
We provide a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board.
The caravan will be cleaned before your arrival, using quality anti-bacterial products with lasting properties.
About Us
A bit about us, that's me and the missus, married for 50 years, now retired of course. We previously had a caravan in Barmouth for 14 years and an apartment in Spain for 14 years, both rented out to enable other people to share our holiday experiences. We ended up with the same renters each year during the main holiday period and made some great friends as a result.
I am constantly reviewing the facilities provided and welcome any suggestions from our guests for improvements.
Booking details:
A minimum rental period of of 2 days can be booked, this will vary at premium times in the season. This will be seen in the availability section.
A deposit of 25% is required to book the caravan which is returnable should you cancel before 6 months of the holiday start date. It is not not returnable for cancellations after 6 months before the booking start date The balance and security bond is due 6 weeks before the booking start date. Full payment must be cleared 6 weeks before your booking start date. The security bond will be returned within 7 days of your departure.
I will reserve the caravan for 4 days upon your word that you want to book, giving time to make the deposit transfer to my bank. Failure to pay within this time will result in the caravan being made available again.
The caravan is rented on a self catering basis, to be left as you find it.
A security bond of £100.00 will be taken when the balance is paid but it is returnable, subject to all being found in order when you leave.
Upon booking we will require details of persons staying in the caravan. Vehicle registrations of vehicles going on the caravan Park. Details of pets such as breed, age, and type must be given. We reserve the right to refuse pets not deemed suitable for the caravan environment.
I will send you a spreadsheet for you to fill in, providing the required information. Any changes to your booking details should be made known to us as soon as possible.

About the Area
Our central heated, double glazed and pet friendly caravan for hire on Barmouth Bay Holiday Village, is located just a short distance from the beach, which is about 150 yards away.
Barmouth Bay Holiday Village has a heated swimming pool, which is very well maintained and a favourite of the holidaymakers that use it. There are play areas for the kids, including a medieval fort.
There is also an ice cream parlour, located behind the Park offices, along with a launderette on site.
Next to the site is a bar that serves food for most of the day; a well-stocked supermarket; and an excellent fish and chip shop with a pizzeria attached, who (I believe) deliver.
Close to the park is Billie’s Fish and Chips, with both indoor and outdoor seating areas, plus amusements and the Nineteen57 restaurant.
