Caravan Description
Our privately owned, Contessa Bluebird caravan is a fully equipped 35ft x 12ft, 3 bedroom caravan, with a fire in living room.
It comprises of a master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms; There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge increasing the maximum occupancy of the caravan to 8. Quilts and pillows are provided, but please bring your own linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. All cooking pots, utensils and crockery are provided.
The lounge has a large seating area with a colour LCD Freeview TV. The dining area compliments the lounge and provides seating for all the family.
There are 2 bathrooms in the caravan; the first with a shower and wash basin, the second with a toilet and wash basin. Both have shelves and a mirror.
There is ample parking in front of the caravan. We have provided outside seating for your stay, ideal for catching some rays during the summer.
Our caravan is situated near to the Oasis Complex and Embassy Theatre.
Bookings
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday together with a security deposit of £50 (We request the £50 is on a separate cheque). This cheque will be refunded, subject to no damages, breakages, excessive cleaning.
Hire is available weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Short breaks are also available, Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday.
Gas and Electric are included in the cost of your holiday.
Membership passes are not included in the hire costs but can be purchased from the reception on arrival. We can also arrange this for you. Prices for passes vary, so please contact us for an exact price. Typical prices are £67.50 per peak week for a family pass (2 adults and 2 children / under 5s go free).
Please note: Bunn Leisure do not allow same sex groups or groups under the age of 21.

About the Area
Bunn Leisure is one of the largest independent caravan parks in Europe and has won the South East Tourism award for the past 3 years. It is made up of 3 static caravan sites as well as one touring park with facilities to suit everyone’s taste. You can use the free courtesy bus to travel around the park.The sites location gives you the optimum opportunity to discover a unique stretch of coastline including 1 mile of private beach on site, which Bunn leisure have just spend £17 million upgrading with beautiful views across to the Isle of Wight.

The Embassy – Located at West Sands with a 2500 seated venue with a separate area for children.
The Solent View – Located at West Sands, this is a smaller personal venue for adults.
The White Horse – Located at White Horse, Live entertainment with children’s play area.
The Viking – Located at Green Lawns, Magnificent live music and dance club which specialises in Country and Western.

Chichester Cathedral – A magnificent Cathedral, this is a working building which has been at the centre of life in Chichester for nearly 1000 years.
Spinnaker Tower – Stunning 360 degree views of the Solent from this iconic viewpoint.
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - Visit the world famous historic ships at the home of the Royal Navy. Go aboard HMS Victory, HMS Warrior 1860 and you can also see the Mary Rose Museum.
Arundel Castle - Still a family home of the Dukes of Norfolk, which reflects the history of nearly 1000 years.
Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve - Almost 60 hectares (1500 acres) in size. The Reserve is made up of saltmarsh and tidal mudflats with shingle, open water, reed swamp and wet permanent grassland
