Caravan Description

This 2-bedroom, 6-berth holiday caravan at Seal Bay Resort offers a comfortable, homely stay and benefits from central heating and double glazing, making it suitable for holidays throughout the year.

The caravan features ramp access onto the decking, providing easy access, with space to sit outside and enjoy the weather.


Accommodation

The caravan has two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en-suite toilet and basin

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double

Please note that the bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible; however, the double sofa bed in the lounge can be used if required.

Living Areas

The spacious lounge offers comfortable seating for up to 6 guests, along with a TV and DVD player. A selection of family DVDs, games, colouring books, and pencils is provided, making it ideal for families. The lounge also includes a double sofa bed.

The dining area has a table and seating for six people.

Kitchen & Bathroom

The well-sized kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, plus crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.

The shower room includes a shower cubicle, toilet, and wash basin.



Important Information

Dogs are welcome, but not permitted in the bedrooms

No smoking or vaping

No same-sex groups of adults

No hen or stag parties

Lead guest must be 25 years or over

A £150 security bond is required and is refundable, provided there is no damage and the caravan is left clean and tidy.
