Caravan Description

3 bedroom, modern and stylish 8 berth Delta Kensington caravan with sea view and veranda for hire along the south coast at Seal Bay Resort's West Sands Holiday Village in Chichester, West Sussex, offering double glazing, full central heating in all rooms and parking directly outside.

Within the caravan we have free WiFi and a spacious lounge and dining area with a 47” smart TV connected to the internet. There is also a pull-out bed in the lounge that sleeps two; this gives the extra space to sleep a total of 8 people in the caravan.

The bedrooms comprise of one double bedroom with tv and two twin bedded rooms, which all come with pillows and duvets.

The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, along with all the normal utensils; plates, cups glasses, saucepans, air fryer etc.

Tea, coffee and sugar all provided.


The caravan has a spacious bathroom with a large shower, basin and toilet.

All you need to bring with you is your bed linen and towels or for an additional cost we can provide all bed linen for you (£25 per bundle).

Situated just yards from the beach and fun fair, our caravan is in a great position with a sea view from the lounge. Just a short walk through the park (approximately 3 minutes) will also bring you to the Waterfront Complex, main club house, wave rider, crazy golf, soft play, arcades, pool and restaurants/bars. It’s all of these that make for an amazing holiday. This is just one of the three entertainment venues on site.

On site there is a free bus service that runs around the park. A variety of kids’ clubs run daily for ages 0 – 17, including soft play, games, dodgeball, football, arts and crafts etc.

For any bookings with dogs please enquire before making your booking via the email or number provided.

Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per stay is to be paid to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date. We will contact you via Email/ Messenger one week prior to the 4 weeks period to remind you of this.

If you book your holiday less than 4 weeks before your start date, all costs will need to be paid by Bank Transfer or PayPal (account details on asking).

All prices DO NOT include the cost of your leisure/entertainment passes. These can be purchased directly from the park via the link the park send you. You can purchase your passes and book activities 7 days before your stay (children under 5 go free).
You do not have to purchase passes to enjoy your caravan holidays with us - for more information of what is included for free without a pass please ask!

Location

West Sands Holiday Village is the largest and liveliest of Seal Bay Resort's holiday villages and is situated in Selsey in West Sussex, which is approximately 15 minutes from Chichester and 30 minutes from Portsmouth, Southampton and Bognor Regis. These are all within easy to reach by car or public transport.

Selsey itself is a small village with lots of coffee shops, charity shops, pubs and restaurants, along with other amenities like a florist, hairdressers, chemist etc.

Entertainment venues.

1. The Embassy - family entertainment and kids clubs throughout the day and night.

2. The White Horse Complex - family entertainment and kids clubs throughout the day and night.

3. The Viking - is an entertainment venue.

4 . The Lido Bar - large screen to watch all sporting events

5. Solent View (open on selected dates)

6. Smokey's Restaurant/lounge bar (showing all live sport)

The park also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Indoor pool- situated inside the oasis , great family pool with slides, lazy river and the new wellness suite.

Outdoor pool (The Lido) is situated at the Whitehorse complex.


Places to dine

At the windmill entrance there is a local Nisa shop

Situated at the Waterfront Complex you have a variety of takeaways (Fish & Chips, Nathan's Burgers/Chicken, Papa John's van, Millies Cookies and other seasonal outlets)

Above the Waterfront entrance is the Smugglers restaurant. Then situated just below is the new Smokehouse restaurant

Over at the Whitehorse Complex you have the Cafe Lido restaurant.

Finally, Situated next to the Viking you have a Papa Johns.

On each part of the holiday park you have a selection of play parks and green areas and a nature reserve which is a lovely walk.

A wide variety of kids clubs can be booked online including football, wave rider, go wild experiences, dino cars, crazy golf, land sorting etc.
