Winchelsea Beach. Holiday Home 6 is a comfortable and very well-appointed caravan. It is an ideal holiday home nestled very close to the beautifully tranquil Winchelsea area of the East Sussex coast. Please contact us for short-stay bookings ( minium three nights)

The caravan is perfect for four people However, there is a sofa bed, and you are welcome to use it, but you would need to supply your own linen and towels.

Holiday Home 6 is just one of seven I own personally and have located on my own private site. It is perfectly situated, nestled close to the beautifully tranquil Winchelsea Beach on the East Sussex coast. The beach is just a few minute's stroll away.

Holiday Home 6 has great amenities, including central heating, double glazing, decking and an en-suite cloakroom to the main bedroom. The main bedroom is very comfortably sized, with a double bed and good cupboard space. There is room for a travel cot. Bedroom two has twin beds and cupboards for personal storage. Both bedrooms are fully provided with bed linen. In addition, there is a two-person sofa bed in the living area, which can provide additional sleeping if required - please be aware, however, that bedding is not provided for the sofa bed so you will need to bring your own.

The caravan has a shower room with a toilet and wash basin in addition to a separate en-suite toilet facility. Please be aware that towels are NOT provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, oven, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery etc.

The lounge/dining room has a dining table, chairs, and ample, comfortable seating.

The caravan also benefits from FREE internet and a flat-screen, 42” TV in the lounge, complete with Freeview.

From the lounge, a patio door leads out onto the wooden decking area, which is equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or just watching the lovely sunset.

Location

My private site is colloquially known as Four Aces. It is a small, intimate and very peaceful setting where I have located seven personally owned caravans. Four are available to hire, either as individual or multiple units. The latter could be ideal should you have a large family, or group of friends, who would like to holiday together.

Winchelsea Beach (part of the Saxon Shore Walk) is just five minutes stroll from “Four Aces” or, stretch your legs a little further, and within a 10-minute walk, you will find a Co-op store with excellent supplies, a gem of a fish and chip shop, a Kebab take-away and a pub. There is ample parking at the shops, so you can drive if needs be. There is a cash machine located next to the Coop (no charge to draw out money).

Winchelsea Beach is serviced by a regular bus which you can catch at the top of the road (5 minutes walk). The bus can take you into lively Hastings in one direction or to the fascinating and uniquely historic Rye (one of the original Cinque Ports) the other way. Incidentally, the views from the upstairs of the bus as it follows the coast and country roads along to Hastings are amazing. Well worth the bus fare.

All in all, Four Aces is the perfect location to chill out with friends or family. Use it as a base to explore the locality, discover interesting walks and places of interest, or take some well-earned rest and downtime from this crazy world!
