Caravan 3 is one of my 7 personally owned holiday homes located on my own private land, nestled in the beautiful and tranquil Winchelsea area of East Sussex and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

Caravan Description
This comfortable holiday home is located at the lovely Winchelsea Beach area of East Sussex. It's nestled on a quiet and tranquil site and is just literally a few minutes walk to the Winchelsea Beach beach. The caravan is perfect for four people. However, there is a sofa bed for two people, and you are welcome to use it, but you would need to supply your own linen and towels
Holiday Home 3 is a 12ft x 32ft holiday home with two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, ample cupboards and room for a travel cot. Bedroom two has twin beds. There is also a two-person sofa bed, although no bedding is supplied. However, you are welcome to bring your own and use it.
This light and airy holiday home has a shower, toilet, kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room with a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, fridge, oven, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. There is also a flat-screen Freeview TV in the lounge.
FREE internet is provided.
Heating is by way of a very efficient gas fire in the living room if needed.
Bed linen is provided (but not for the sofa bed, as mentioned). Towels are not provided, so please remember to provide your own.
Outside is a bench to enjoy some sunshine or a nice cup of tea.
We accept bookings from 3-night bookings, please enquire for prices.
Off-street parking is provided.

About the Area
This caravan is located on Four Aces, my small private caravan site. The site is quiet, intimate, and very peaceful where I have seven personally owned caravans – 4 are available for hire.Holiday Home 3 just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find a Co-op store with excellent supplies. There is also a gem of a fish and chip shop and a Kebab shop. There is ample parking at the shops, so you can drive if you wish. A cash machine is located at the Coop, and there is no charge to withdraw money.
Winchelsea is serviced by a regular bus which you can catch at the top of the road (5 minutes walk). The bus will take you into lively Hastings and the lovely and romantic Rye in one direction. It's worth catching it to go to Hasting to enjoy the view upstairs- it's fantastic.
All in all, this is a perfect location to chill out and have some rest from this crazy world!
