Caravan holiday home 4 is one of my 7 personally owned holiday homes located on my own private land, nestled in the beautiful and tranquil Winchelsea area of East Sussex and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.

Caravan Description
Winchelsea Beach. Home 4 is one of seven personally owned holiday homes on my private site, nestled in the beautiful and tranquil Winchelsea area of East Sussex and just a few minutes walk from the beach.The caravan is for four people, but there is a sofa bed, and you are welcome to use it, but you would need to supply your own linen and towels
Holiday Home 4 is almost identical to Holiday Home 3 (Ref 9230 on this website), which is right next door; perfect for larger family groups to enjoy a holiday together.
This comfortable and spacious holiday home is 32’ x 12’ with two bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, ample cupboards and room for a small travel cot. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. There is also a two-person sofa bed, although no bedding is supplied for this bed. However, you are welcome to bring your own bedding and use it.
Holiday Home 4 has a shower room, wash basin, and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, toaster, fridge, oven, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. There is a flat-screen Freeview TV and a dinning table and chairs within the lounge/dining room.
Outside is a park bench to enjoy the sunshine and have a nice cup of tea or beer.
Off-street parking is available.
FREE internet is provided.
Heating is by way of a very efficient gas fire in the living room if needed.
Bed linen is provided (but not for the sofa bed, as mentioned). Please remember we do not supply towels, so please bring towels with you.
Sorry, NO smoking and NO pets allowed.

About the Area
My small caravan site is colloquially known as Four Aces. It is a small, intimate, and very peaceful location where I have seven personally owned caravans (including my caravan, as mentioned), four of which are available to hire. It's perfect if you have a large family or friends who want to holiday together.From Four Aces, it is just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find a Co-op store with excellent supplies. There is also a gem of a fish and chip shop and a Kebab shop. You will find ample parking at the shops, so you can drive if you wish. A cash machine is located next to the Coop (no charge to draw money).
Winchelsea is serviced by a regular bus which you can catch at the top of the road (5 minutes walk). The bus will take you into lively Hastings in one direction and the lovely and romantic Rye in the other. It's worth taking it to go to Hasting to enjoy the view upstairs- it's fantastic.
All in all, Four Aces is a perfect location to chill out and rest in this very crazy world!
