Caravan Description

The holiday caravan is an Atlas Topaz Super 38' x 12', double glazed with full under floor gas fired heating. The two bedrooms are situated at either end of the caravan. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, shower and WC. A further bathroom with shower and WC is located next to the second bedroom.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a range style free standing gas cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and good assortment of utensils.

The comfortable dining area leads to the lounge which has two free standing arm chairs and a freestanding three seater sofabed (sleeps two), a large Television, DVD player, full Sky package and CD/Music player. There is also a selection of games and books etc to further your enjoyment during your stay.

Outside there is a private decked area with table and chairs and a further private grassed area with a picnic bench and a charcoal BBQ for your use. There is also a private drive for parking.

If your party consists of more than five , we also have a second slightly smaller Caravan on site which sleeps four and is also available for seperate hire. Please contact for further details and rates etc

The caravan is situated on a large private quiet well maintained site. Close by within walking distance is a well stocked CO-OP grocery store, Pub and Pub Diner. The beach is a short walk away. Nearby is the historic town of Rye. The seaside town of Hastings is also a short drive away. The famous beaches of Camber sands are less than fifteen minutes away.

This holiday is ideal for those who like to walk or to birdwatch, with two large nature reserves nearby.

If fishing or golf is your passion, this is also to be found in the area.
