This is our two bedroom, family holiday home that has the added benefit of wheelchair access, a wet room and widened doorways, situated on Pevensy Bay, formerly known as Martello Beach, East Sussex.

Caravan Description
This is our family holiday home, which is fully wheelchair accessible which includes a wet room and widened doorways. It is central heated and is fully double glazed throughout.
It is only 6 years old and offers one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
Facilities within our holiday home include - a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a Tassimo coffee machine, with a small selection of pods for you use, a new air fryer. - A new Smart TV including Netflix, plus a TV in the double bedroom. We also have our own WiFi
Outside, we have patio furniture on a large veranda and a BBQ available if you would like to use it.
There is an allocated car parking space right outside the front door.

VEHICLE ACCESS TO SITE
The site has the following rules that must be adhered to, which are displayed at the site entrance:
NO commercial vehicles due to ‘The Site’s’ licensing rules. ALL types of commercial vehicle are strictly forbidden on the Park. This includes Transit style vans of any length, Luton lorries, motorhomes, tents and tourer caravans. The only exceptions are "Approved Contractors for the Park"

Pevensey Bay Holiday Park (formerly known as Martello Beach) is a 5 star site located on the beach. On site you will find a clubhouse with evening entertainment at the weekend, a restaurant, swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna, all available for guests.There is a local 9 hole golf course and Sovereign Harbour is just 10 minutes away.
