Caravan Description

Our caravan for hire at Combe Haven Holiday Park, is graded as Silver by Haven (previously Prestige with decking).

For 2026 we will mainly only be hiring for the peak school holiday and bank holiday breaks. However, if you are interested in other dates, please do contact us. We will check availability and send you a quote.

It benefits from gas central heating via radiators, and double glazing. In addition, there is an electric fire in the lounge.

The caravan has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 22” TV with built-in DVD player and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. We allow up to 4 guests - 5 if one guest is an infant in a travel cot, and there is space for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a compact dishwasher, full-size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and full gas cooker, along with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc.

Within the lounge is 40” TV with built-in DVD player, plus and electric fire.

The main shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Gas and electricity is included in the price.

All duvets and pillows are provided but BED LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED.

You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels, tea towels, loo roll, toiletries, washing up and cleaning things.




Bookings & Conditions

We are open to enquiries for full weeks or short breaks (minimum of 3 nights).

Full weeks run from Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights.

Midweek short breaks run from Monday to Friday for 4 nights.

Weekend short break run from Friday to Monday for 3 nights.

Check in/out days are Monday, Friday or Saturday with flexible length of stay available upon request.

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING. For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, pets are NOT allowed. However, we do have our own dog so our caravan may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies.

A booking deposit of £50 will be required to secure your dates. If you cancel, the booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We also require a damages/security bond of £100. This will be repaid in full within 7 days of your departure, providing that our terms and conditions have been adhered to.

The rental charge and damages/security bond will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, we will require the full rental charge and the damages/security bond at the time of booking.

Our prices do not include entertainment passes (Haven Play Passes). Haven Play passes are a direct purchase from Haven. The caravan owner is not responsible for any of the services and facilities provided by Combe Haven Holiday Park.

Our preferred method of payment of all monies due, is by Bank Transfer. Alternative methods of payment may be accepted if agreed prior to the booking being accepted.

Check in from 2pm and Check out time is 10am.

Couples and family groups only.

Lead person must be over 25. There may be some flexibility depending on the ages of the group).
