Caravan Description

Thank you for looking. We have now stopped taking bookings for 2026. Bookings for 2027 will open in January.

Our caravan for hire at Combe Haven Holiday Park, is graded is equivalent to Haven's Silver grade (previously Prestige with decking).

For 2027 we will mainly only be hiring for the peak school holiday and bank holiday breaks. However, if you are interested in other dates, please do contact us. We will check availability and send you a quote.

It benefits from gas central heating via radiators, and double glazing. In addition, there is an electric fire in the lounge.

The caravan has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 22” TV with built-in DVD player and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds. We allow up to 4 guests - 5 if one guest is an infant in a travel cot, and there is space for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a compact dishwasher, full-size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and full gas cooker, along with all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc.

Within the lounge is 40” TV with built-in DVD player, plus and electric fire.

The main shower room has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Gas and electricity is included in the price.

All duvets and pillows are provided but BED LINEN IS NOT INCLUDED.

You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels, tea towels, loo roll, toiletries, washing up and cleaning things.




Bookings & Conditions

We are open to enquiries for full weeks or short breaks (minimum of 3 nights).

Full weeks run from Friday to Friday, Monday to Monday or Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights.

Midweek short breaks run from Monday to Friday for 4 nights.

Weekend short break run from Friday to Monday for 3 nights.

Check in/out days are Monday, Friday or Saturday with flexible length of stay available upon request.

The caravan is strictly NO SMOKING. For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, pets are NOT allowed. However, we do have our own dog so our caravan may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies.

A booking deposit of £50 will be required to secure your dates. If you cancel, the booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

We also require a damages/security bond of £100. This will be repaid in full within 7 days of your departure, providing that our terms and conditions have been adhered to.

The rental charge and damages/security bond will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, we will require the full rental charge and the damages/security bond at the time of booking.

Our prices do not include entertainment passes (Haven Play Passes). Haven Play passes are a direct purchase from Haven. The caravan owner is not responsible for any of the services and facilities provided by Combe Haven Holiday Park.

Our preferred method of payment of all monies due, is by Bank Transfer. Alternative methods of payment may be accepted if agreed prior to the booking being accepted.

Check in from 2pm and Check out time is 10am.

Couples and family groups only.

Lead person must be over 25. There may be some flexibility depending on the ages of the group).

Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms and Conditions

It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions, your payment of the deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Caravan
1.1. These Terms and Conditions only apply to our caravan sited on Combe Haven Holiday Park and located on pitch (to be advised).

2. Dates of Hire
2.1. The length of hire as agreed between The Hirer and The Owner is from 2.00pm on 00/00/2027 until 10:00am on 00/00/2027. Any unauthorised use of the caravan by The Hirer outside of these dates and times is chargeable and may result in the forfeit of some, or all, of the Damages/Security Deposit paid by The Hirer.

3. Booking Deposit
3.1 A £50.00 booking deposit is required at the time of the booking. The reservation is not confirmed until this has been paid. We do not hold dates without a deposit and dates remain open for booking.

4. Cost of Hire
4.1. The TOTAL amount payable for the hire period is £000.
4.2. The rental charge balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, we will require the full rental charge and the damages/security deposit at the time of booking.
4.3. The security/damage deposit will be repaid in full within 7 days after the end of the period of hire, providing that these terms and conditions have been adhered to.

5. Method of Payment
5.1. The preferred method of payment of all monies due is by Bank Transfer. Details of the account to use are given on the Booking Form.
5.2. Alternative methods of payment may be acceptable if agreed by The Owner prior to the booking being accepted. Alternative methods of payment may be:
5.2.1. Cheque (additional time will be required to allow the cheque to clear)
5.2.2. PayPal (additional charges may apply)
5.2.3. Cash deposit into our account at a branch of Lloyds bank

6. Play (Entertainment) Passes (previously known as Fun passes)
6.1. Your booking is on an accommodation-only basis. Haven Play passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased from Haven. Please note that Haven Play Passes are a direct purchase from Haven. The caravan owner is not responsible for any of the services and facilities provided by Combe Haven Holiday Park. Once the owner has registered your arrival with Haven you will receive email information on passes and activity bookings etc.

7. Linen
7.1. Bed linen is included. Any soiling to mattresses, duvets or pillows will result in the loss of all or part of the deposit.

8. Keys
8.1. On arrival the keys will be available from our key safe and a key safe code will be sent by text and/or email on or before check-in day.
8.2. On departure keys must be returned to the key safe.
8.3. Lost keys will be charged at £20.

9. Occupancy
9.1. The caravan must only be used by the people listed on the booking form and only for the dates and times specified.
9.2. The Hirer will be responsible for the entire party.
9.3. Combe Haven is a family park. The Owner only accepts bookings from family groups. The Owner cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties.
9.4. No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the caravan or on the veranda.
9.5. No drug use of any kind.
9.6. For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, pets are NOT allowed. However, we do have our own dog so our caravan may not be suitable for guests with pet allergies.
9.7. The caravan must be left clean and tidy. You have a responsibility to leave the caravan as found. Failure to keep the caravan clean and tidy could result in the loss of your damages/security deposit.
9.8. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory, or the caravan must be paid for by The Hirer and may result in the forfeit of some or all the security/damage deposit. This includes any kind of staining or wet damage to mattresses and bedding. Inside furniture, soft furnishings and bedding must not be taken outside.
9.9. We hope you do not have any mishaps while you’re with us. But if our holiday home is damaged by you or someone in your party during your stay, we have the right to recover the cost of this from you, including any extra cleaning costs.
9.10. All doors and windows must be closed and secured on departure. Failure to do this would risk the security of the caravan and the security/damage deposit may be withheld.

10. Problems with Your Accommodation
10.1. On arrival, please check the caravan and if you find anything wrong contact The Owner immediately, sending photos if possible. This will protect you if things are found after you leave that you knew about.
10.2. You must give The Owner fair and reasonable time to rectify problems or offer suitable compensation.


11. Behavior.
11.1. If, in the opinion of The Owner (or their representative) or the Park Manager, any member of your party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the wellbeing of others, The Owner (or their representative) or the Park Manager may re-take possession of the caravan immediately, without any compensation to The Hirer.

12. Cancellation.
12.1. Should the Owner have to cancel the holiday because the caravan booked becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of The Owner, a full refund (including the deposit) will be given to The Hirer.
12.2. In the event of cancellation by THE HIRER, the following charges will apply:

12.3. The Hirer may NOT sell or pass on in any way the use of the caravan for the dates booked, even if The Hirer and their party cannot use the caravan for whatever reason.

13. Liability.
13.1. The Owner DOES NOT accept liability for injury, loss, or damage, however caused, and suffered by any member of the party.

14. Insurance.
14.1. It is strongly recommended that The Hirer takes out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.

15. The Park
The caravan owner is not responsible for any of the services and facilities provided by Combe Haven Holiday Park.

16. Electric Cars
Please do not use our caravan holiday home electricity to do this. Our caravan is our family holiday home, and we want to make sure we don't end up with a surprisingly big electric bill.

17. If You Leave Something Behind
Let us know as soon as you realise you have left something behind. We will do all we can to find it, although we are not liable if this is not possible or if it’s damaged. When we find it, we will return it to you, but you will have to cover the postage costs.
