Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham, is a small and friendly, 5* holiday park with lots to do for all the family.

Our luxury caravan for hire on Church Farm Holiday Village sits in a quiet area of the Park, yet is only a short walk from all the amenities.

Features of this lovely home from home caravan, include gas, electricity, quality furnishings, and double gazing throughout.

The caravan sleeps up to 8 people and offers 3 Bedrooms;
Master bedroom with double bed, firm orthopaedic deep mattress, a dressing table, double wardrobe and en-suite toilet
One twin bedded room with beside table and hanging cupboard space.
One Double bed room with memory foam topper for comfort this can be converted into 2 twin beds. It also has bedside table with usb lamp and wardrobe.

Pillows and duvets are provided but YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

The family bathroom has a large, luxury walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

The kitchen has all facilities you could need, including gas cooker, microwave, fully integrated fridge freezer, kettle and toaster etc.

The lounge has a gas fire and a flat screen TV with Freeview channels.

Adjustable central heating is available in all rooms and bathrooms.

Outside, to the right of the caravan, we have a seating area. To the left of the caravan is a parking space for up to 3 cars. Parking IS NOT ALLOWED to the right of the caravan.

There is free Wi-Fi that can be accessed from the caravan, but this can be slow. However, there is an optional extra of £10 per stay for Smarty Wi-Fi in the caravan.

ALL RENTAL PERIODS START ON A MONDAY OR FRIDAY ONLY - please check the ‘Price & Availability calendar on the above tab.

Electric cars MUST NOT be charged from the caravan. If reported by Haven, an extra charge will be required of £100.

A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required. Full payment MUST be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.

A holding deposit of £100 might be requested on certain bookings. You will be notified of this upon confirmation of booking.

Church Farm Holiday Village in Pagham, West Sussex, is a small and friendly, 5* caravan park with lots to do for all the family. On site facilities include amusements, a bowling green, crazy golf, a golf course, grocery shop, gym, tennis court, indoor pool, outdoor pool, kids’ club, pub/club, restaurant, takeaway and a launderette.

Locally, there are many child and dog friendly beaches, scenic walks, water sports, a Nature Reserve, golf course, amusements, a theme park, takeaway, fishing, pubs and clubs, as well as historical attractions.

Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Arundel, West Wittering and Portsmouth are all within a 30 minute drive.
