Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom holiday home for hire on Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park in West Sussex, is double glazed & central heated, with patio doors opening onto an enclosed front decking area with garden furniture.
The three bedrooms comprise two twin bedded rooms, each with two single beds, and one double bedroom with en-suite toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a double oven, full size fridge freezer and microwave.
In the main living area is a TV with a Freesat player and pull-out sofa-bed.
The bathroom has a shower enclosure, wash basin and toilet.
Included in our rental price is gas, electricity and a private Wi-Fi connection.
Entertainment and fishing passes are not included, but can be purchased separately at the Park’s reception.
Bookings are available for 3 nights Fri-Mon, 4 nights Mon-Fri or 7 night Friday-Friday
A £100 deposit will be required to confirm the booking of the property and also covers for any small damage that may occur during your stay, which is refunded within 7 days once the caravan is left clean and damage free.
Full payment will be required 28 days prior to the commencement of your stay.
Check in is from 4pm onwards and checkout is required by 10am on day of departure.

About the Area
Chichester Lakeside Holiday Park is located just outside the historic town of Chichester in West Sussex. The holiday park probably has more water than land - there are 10 large fishing lakes set in over 150 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside. However, it is positioned only a few miles from the beach and the traditional seaside resort of Bognor Regis.The entertainment centre boasts a fantastic bar with an outdoor terrace overlooking the lake. There is an on-site restaurant too, which is a great place for meeting other holiday guests on this scenic park. It's also adjacent to a heated outdoor swimming pool, so close enough for a refreshing dip between beverages.
The park is handily situated just 15 minutes from (amongst other venues) Chichester Golf Club, so golfers should be happy too.
There's also historic Arundel Castle and Harbour Park Amusements to explore nearby. Or should you enjoy a trip to the beach, you’ve a pleasant drive to the Blue Flag beach at West Wittering or the popular south coast resort of Brighton.
