Chalet Description

Lovely 2 bedroom, 5 berth, semi detached holiday chalet to let on Parkdean Resorts’ Camber Sands Holiday Park, sited in a quiet location.

This 2 bedroom chalet comprises of one bedroom with a double bed and one with a double bed plus single bunk.

In the bathroom there is a shower over the bath, a basin and WC.

The kitchen, large fridge freezer, air fryer, oven, hob and extractor, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc., plus an iron and ironing board.

In the lounge there is a dining table and chairs, a corner sofa and TV with Freeview.

There is a large patio outside of the chalet, with pub style bench and beautiful views of the fields.

I do allow well behaved dogs and the site is dog friendly. However, dogs must be kept on a lead on site.

A travel cot and highchair are available should they be required.

This is a no smoking chalet. There must be no smoking inside at all.

Location

Parkdean Resorts’ Camber Sands Holiday Park is 5 minutes away from 7 miles of sandy beach where a lot of films have been made. The park has a number of facilities, including 4 pools with a water slide, rapids, spa bath and children's pool; a sauna and solarium; showbar with bingo and entertainment (cabaret entertainment guide is available at reception); a launderette; pub; fish and chip shop; thunderbird chicken, scoops, street eats, convenience shop and arcade.

Passes must be purchased for access to the complex after 6 these give you access to the showbar , which is where the entertainment is and swimming pool.

The Boathouse has a bar and restaurant, along with free Wi-Fi. Outside you have a decking area you will find crazy golf, go-karts and bike hire; basketball/football, splash park zone; playground and zip wire.

Just outside the park there is Indian takeaway, a fish and chip shop and a couple of pubs and cafés.

There are plenty of places to visit close by too, with details of many available at reception. These include Dungeness and Romney, which has a steam railway; Port Lympne Zoo; Lydd airport for those pleasure flights; golf, go karting, kite surfing and wind surfing.

There is also a Thursday market in Rye - or perhaps a trip to France.

The facilities on the park (swimming pool etc.) close in November and don't open again until February.
