Step into comfort with our brand-new 2025 Willerby Ellerton Extra caravan, privately owned and situated on the ever-popular Parkdean Resorts’ Camber Sands Holiday Park.
Designed with families in mind, this spacious holiday home offers the perfect combination of modern facilities and homely touches.
Accommodation Details
Sleeping up to eight guests, the caravan includes:
A master double bedroom
Two twin bedrooms
A pull-out sofa bed in the lounge
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-plan living space with large windows that make the area feel light and airy. There’s comfortable seating, a Freeview TV for relaxed evenings, and a dining table where everyone can enjoy meals together.
The well-appointed kitchen comes complete with a gas oven and hob, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, plus all the crockery, cookware, and utensils required for family dining.
Facilities include a main shower room with wash basin and a separate WC, providing extra convenience during busy mornings.
To ensure your stay is comfortable all year round, the caravan benefits from full central heating. Outside, a private decking area with patio furniture offers additional space to unwind.

Pets: Not permitted (due to owner allergies)
Groups: No large single-gender or party groups
Stay durations:
Short break: Friday – Monday (3 nights)
Midweek break: Monday – Friday (4 nights)
Longer stays available on request
Payment terms:
A £50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure dates
The balance plus a £100 refundable damage deposit is due one month prior to arrival
Late bookings (less than one month before your stay) must be paid in full at the time of booking
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to inspection.
Key access: Provided via secure key safe on the veranda, with the code provided on your day of arrival.
