Our brand new, family-owned Willerby Ellerton Extra is a pristine and modern retreat designed for unforgettable family getaways.
With space for up to 8 guests, a stunning private deck, and thoughtful touches like an air fryer, fresh moden linen, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar, our caravan is the ideal base for building sandcastles, exploring historic Rye, or spending time in the arcades and clubhouse making it a perfect place for lasting family memories.

**LIVING AREA**

​From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home in our stylish and spacious caravan.
Being a 2025 model, it offers a fresh, clean, and modern holiday experience that is a rare find.
Step into the bright and airy open-plan living area, where large windows flood the space with natural light.
Relax on the L-shaped fixed seating, gather for a family movie night on the 40" smart TV, or use the site's FREE Wi-Fi to plan your next day’s adventure.

**KITCHEN**

​The kitchen is designed for easy, stress-free mealtimes.
It’s fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, a full-size fridge/freezer, a microwave, toaster, and kettle.
We've also included a modern air fryer, perfect for whipping up delicious family meals without the fuss.

**BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**

​After a fun-filled day at the beach, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms waiting for a peaceful night’s sleep.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, dressing table and wordrobe, while two twin bedrooms both with there own wordrobe are perfect for both children and adults.
An additional pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge provides flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests.

The caravan also features a shower room with basin and a separate dual-flush WC for added convenience.

**OUTDOOR SPACE**

​The caravan sits on a sunny pitch with everything you need within a few minutes' walk.
The private decking with patio furniture is your personal outdoor sanctuary, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee in the sun.

**LINEN & ESSENTIALS **

​All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.
Basic kitchen supplies like complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar will be provided.

**LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS**

​Our caravan is located in a prime spot for exploring everything the area has to offer. Just a short walk away is the famous Camber Sands Beach, a glorious stretch of golden sand and dunes that's perfect for building sandcastles and flying a kite.
The calm, shallow waters at low tide are ideal for paddling and watersports like paddleboarding and beginner kite surfing.

When you're ready for a change of pace, the surrounding area is packed with family-friendly attractions:

Rye (10 mins away): Step back in time in this charming medieval town with cobbled streets and a history of smugglers. Explore Rye Castle Museum or climb St Mary's Church tower for stunning views.

Hastings (30 mins away): Visit the seaside arcades, the local aquarium, or step into history at Battle Abbey, where you can learn about the Battle of Hastings through interactive exhibits and dress-up fun.

Nature & Adventure: Discover seals and rare birds at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve or visit the nearby Bodiam Castle, a beautiful moated castle with interactive activities for children.

​Your holiday includes access to all the fantastic Parkdean Resorts' facilities! Entertainment passes are required for some facilities after 5pm and can be purchased from the main reception (not included in the hire price).

**BOOKING INFORMATION**

​We’ve made our booking process as transparent and easy as possible.

To Secure Your Booking:
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.

Payment:
The balance and a £100 security deposit are due one month before your holiday.

All payments are handled securely via bank transfer.

Last-Minute Bookings:
For bookings made less than a month in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is from 3pm
Check-out is by 10am.

Key Collection:
Keys are collected via a secure keysafe on the veranda for a seamless arrival.

**Pets & House Rules**

​Well-behaved pets are welcome (maximum 1 large dog or 2 medium/small dogs).
We kindly ask for no large adult-only groups such as stag/hen parties.
