We have a well-equipped, three bedroom mobile home for hire on Camping Parc Montana, just a short distance from the medieval village of Gassin in the South of France.

Caravan Description
Our mobile home for hire on Camping Parc Montana, is nestled on the terraced hillside amongst the delightful and picturesque greenery of the former cork oak farm. It's ideally located, only a short distance from the medieval village of Gassin in the South of France and only 5km from St Tropez, within easy reach, of Port Grimaud, Cogolin, La Croix-Valmer, and many stunning beaches.
The mobile home comes complete with air conditioning and Starlink broadband.
There is a central living area comprising the lounge, kitchen and dining area, which opens out onto a spacious exterior deck.
To one side of the central living area is the main bedroom, which has a double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. The two smaller bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the central living area, each having two single beds that can be pushed together to make doubles if preferred. There is also a shower room adjacent to these bedrooms, along with a separate, second toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob, grill and oven, along with a fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, small air-fryer, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. There are also other electrical appliances that can be used outside, such as a large paella pan, raclette and single ring induction hob. Please note - cooking outdoors with a real flame is prohibited.
Externally, there is a second fridge and washing machine in a self-contained storage box. A retractable pergola has recently been added to give additional shade during the hot periods of the day. In the mornings, our mobile home is nicely shaded by a large umbrella pine behind the plot. On the deck there are tables, chairs, casual seating, a swing seat and a storage box containing beach equipment for guests to use.
Starlink Broadband Wi-Fi is included and within the mobile home you’ll find an HD Smart TV, stereo sound system and a DVD player.
There is a mixture of UK and French mains electricity sockets.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are included. Towels, beach towels, duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are available, but we ask that you wash and dry the used sets ready for the next visitors, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
We also ask that outgoing visitors leave the mobile home as clean and tidy as they find it, ready for the next guests. We do this in order to keep the costs down on both sides.
Bookings & Conditions
Our minimum booking is 2 weeks, with changeover day usually on a Saturday.
We will ask for an initial 20% deposit to secure the booking. The final balance will be due 6 weeks before the start of the visit.
We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable on receiving confirmation from the next guests that the mobile home has been left in an acceptable, clean and tidy condition, suitable for immediate use.
The mobile home will be available to hire from Saturday 18th July 2026 to Sunday 6th September (with some flexibility either end) charged at £980 per week.

Taxes & Additional Information
There is a daily site charge of 20 euros per property (high season); this is set by the site. There is also a daily tourist tax for adults 18+ years of age.
To maintain security, the site is gated and you will require a gate pass to access by vehicle. This is obtained from Reception when you arrive and register. A refundable deposit will be payable. A wrist band may be required to access the pool area.
These procedures are under review and we will be able to advise nearer the time what will actually be required.
Rules of Pool - men are required to wear swimming trunks. Swimming shorts are not permitted.
