Caravan Description

Luxurious, modern mobile home for up to 6 people with breath-taking views at Montana Parc, just below the village of Gassin and a short drive from St Tropez in the South of France.
Montana Parc is a fantastic site, and we occupy one of the largest, private pitches with outstanding views, all-day sun and beautiful sunsets. The plot is within 5 minute walk of the pool, restaurant and site shop.
The mobile home is light and clean, with a central living area, kitchen (with gas stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher) and dining area. The space is flooded with light thanks to the aspect and large floor to ceiling windows and doors. The unit is air-conditioned with heaters for cooler evenings.
At one end is a master bedroom (double and single pushed together to create a larger bed) and en-suite. At the other end are two small doubles and a family bathroom. There is also a small double fold-out bed in the lounge. While the van can therefore sleep up to 8, we suggest a maximum of 6 for more space and comfort.
A deck runs the length of the mobile with plenty of space for sitting and eating. To the side of the van is a large sitting area. There is a long drive with parking for two cars.
Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are included. Towels, duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are also available but we ask that you wash and dry them ready for the next visitors.

About the Area
Montana Parc is fabulous with two pools, a water slide and a children's splash pool. The site provides daytime and evening entertainment during the high season. Also on site is a restaurant with take-away options, a well-stocked shop, an indoor gym, outside exercise area, tennis, paddle courts and mini-golf.Site fees covering all the facilities are payable on arrival. Wi-Fi can be purchased on site.
Just a short drive is St Tropez, an idyllic spot 'discovered' by Brigitte Bardot and a haunt of the rich and famous ever since!
In addition to the amazing beaches, there's plenty of places to visit:
- Hire a boat to explore the canals of Port Grimaud
- Have a drink or a meal in Gassin or Ramatuelle, two villages often voted the prettiest in France
- And if markets are more your thing, there's a local market every day to search out the bargains!
