Caravan Description

After a busy season we are now taking Bookings for 2026. Welcome to our modern, air conditioned mobile home on Parc Montana in the wonderful South of France. My husband and I took over the van from my parents three years ago - they enjoyed many happy years there - as a family we have a long association with the Parc - I have been going to the site since I was a child! Popular as ever for a holiday we started receiving bookings last year for this summer so we only have limited availability, Please contact us to check dates.

We are located in a fabulous location and have a great view. Just 5 minutes walk down to the shop and pools. A wide sun deck provides additional outdoor living space for entertaining or simply relaxing. There is plenty on the deck to soak up the rays or catch some shade on the sofa under one of the two large parasols. The outside space is secluded, with the hedges kept at a height to offer our guests’ privacy without compromising the view and fabulous sunsets.

By foot, there is a convenient pedestrian short cut down to the pools, restaurant/bar and new site shop. We have always enjoy walking down in the mornings for freshly baked baguettes and croissants.

Our mobile home is both modern and light. Wide double doors open out directly onto the deck and really brings the outside inside.

We can sleep up to six but four preferable/comfortable. There is a double bedroom with a wardrobe cupboard, a twin bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together to make up as a double), a wardrobe and storage, plus a double sofa bed in the sitting room.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Towels, duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases are NOT provided.

There is a shower room with WC and wash basin, along with a separate cloakroom with hand basin.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, good size fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, electric kettle and toaster, along with pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. For indoor meals, there is a dining table and chairs.

Two sofas (one being a sofa bed) allow plenty of space for relaxing inside. There is also a DVD player.

Outside we have a private, gravelled parking space with an archway in the hedge leading up to the deck. In addition, there is a lower garden that is paved. There are also two storage boxes - one containing a washing machine and an additional fridge (great for keeping the wine/beers chilled!), while the second offers space for your cases, cold box, beach umbrella etc. There is a rotary washing line too.

Wi-Fi is available on site, which you can purchase directly from the Parc. There are daily, weekly or monthly packages available. Staff in Reception are English speaking, so if there are any problems with Wi-fi, please speak to them.

Please Note: Site fees and local taxes are to be paid at Reception when you arrive and register. This covers use of nearly all the facilities on site.

Parc Montana

Parc Montana is a wonderful 4* Parc with excellent facilities for all the family, along with daytime and evening entertainment. Friendly staff and security look after the site.

There are 2 swimming pools, one with a recently added water slide. For the younger children there is a fabulous water splash garden with slides and jets of water. Above the pool is the bar and restaurant and plenty of outside areas to sit and relax. There is a children’s playpark just below the pool area and also an outside gym. The fully equipped fitness room for age 16 plus is located close by. Fitness activities take place throughout the week including yoga and Zumba – check the noticeboard by the pool for details. There is also a tennis court, crazy golf and Astro multi-sport playing surface.

The on-site restaurant and bar is very popular with guests. During high season there is evening entertainment for all the family. The site has a new mini market that is very handy, especially for collecting the bread and croissants. There is also a launderette (although as mentioned, we have a washing machine at our mobile home).

Taxes & Additional Information

There is a daily site charge of 10 or 20 euros per property (season dependant); this is set by the site and not us. There is also a daily tourist tax for adults 18+ years.

To maintain site security, the site is gated and you will require a gate pass to gain access by vehicle. This is obtained from Reception when you arrive and register. A refundable deposit will be payable.

Rules of Pool - men are required to wear swimming trunks rather than conventional swimming shorts, which are not permitted for hygiene reasons.

Out & About

Parc Montana is set in a great location. Within a 10-15 minute drive there are beautiful beaches, including the famous Pampalone beach and Gigaro beach. Our favourite family beach is Pardigan, which is on the way to Cavaliere.

The iconic town of Saint Tropez is also a short drive away. Wonder around the beautiful streets, stop at a bar or restaurant, wonder down to the harbour and watch the talented local artists. The boats moored in the harbour really are out of this world! Market days in Saint Tropez – these are held on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Get there early to avoid the crowds, especially in July/August.

Port Grimaud, also known as Little Venice has a beautiful houses, restaurants and bars. Take a trip on one of the water taxis to fully appreciate this stunning waterside village.

The beautiful and historic village of Gassin, located high up on the hill above Parc St James, enjoys panoramic views of the bay of Saint Tropez. There are plenty of fine restaurants to choose from.

The popular village of Croix Valmer is also close by and has a selection of supermarkets and shops. We will often stop here on our way back from the beach! We especially love the Sunday market followed by breakfast at one of the many cafés. Literally, just a 5 minute drive from the site is the Geant Mega supermarket (make sure you have a euro for the trolley).
