Welcome to Our Family Holiday Home at Parc Montana

Nestled within the beautiful Parc Montana, just a short drive from the iconic town of Saint-Tropez, our air-conditioned family holiday home offers the perfect base for exploring the French Riviera. My parents owned the holiday home before us, and after taking it on a few years ago we've continued making wonderful family memories here. I've been coming to Parc Montana since I was a child, so it's a place that's incredibly special to us, and we're delighted to be able to share it with our guests.

Positioned in one of the park's most peaceful locations, we're just a five-minute walk from the swimming pools, restaurant and mini market via a convenient pedestrian shortcut. Our elevated position also provides beautiful open views and spectacular sunsets, making the decking the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the local area.

The Holiday Home
Our bright, modern holiday home comfortably sleeps four guests and is fully air-conditioned throughout. Large patio doors open directly onto the spacious decking, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor living space that's perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need during your stay, including a gas oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and all the cookware, crockery and utensils needed for family meals.

There are two comfortable bedrooms:
- One double bedroom with wardrobe and storage.
- One twin bedroom with two single beds, which can also be arranged as a double if preferred.

Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. Guests simply need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Bathrooms:
- A main shower room with a shower, wash basin and WC.
- A separate cloakroom with a second WC and hand basin.

Outdoor Living:
The spacious deck is one of our favourite parts of the holiday home. It's the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sunshine, long lazy lunches, or relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the surrounding countryside.

Outside you'll find:

- Outdoor dining table and seating
- Comfortable outdoor sofa and two armchairs
- Two large parasols for shade
- Private hedged surroundings that still enjoy lovely open views

Private parking is available alongside the holiday home. Two outdoor storage boxes provide even more convenience: one houses a washing machine and an additional fridge, ideal for keeping drinks chilled, while the second offers plenty of space for suitcases, beach equipment and outdoor essentials. A rotary washing line is also provided.

Please note that bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are not included. Wi-Fi can be purchased either online by connecting to the Parc Montana Wi-Fi network using your mobile phone or directly from Reception, with daily, weekly and monthly packages available.

Daily Parc Montana site fees are payable directly to Reception on arrival and are set by the park. These are currently €10 per property per day during low season and €20 per property per day during high season. Guests over 18-years old are also subject to a mandatory tourist tax fee per day (taxe de sejour). These fees will be confirmed by the site on check-in at reception, as we have no control over them.

Leaving the Holiday Home:
We kindly ask all guests to leave the holiday home clean and tidy at the end of their stay. By taking a few moments to leave the property as you found it, you help us maintain the high standard our guests expect while keeping additional cleaning charges to a minimum. Thank you for your care and consideration, it is greatly appreciated.
