Caravan Description
Our caravan for hire on Parc St James in the south of France, has a large decked area, table and chairs including large fridge freezer and washing machine outside. We have parking on the pitch too.
Inside the caravan we have lots of extras including a TV and a DVD player (please speak to us).
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, and 2 twin, and sleeps 6. Price includes some linen hire.
The cost for 1 week is from £400-£950 plus the fees set by Park Montana for the use of the facilities and local tax.

About the Area
The site has two pools; 1has waterslide, a kids splash zone and the other 1 is a good for swimming The site restaurant and snack bar are close to the swimming pools (open June to September) and near the restaurant is a small games room, and fun machines, and also a mini market with a good selection of food and drink, freshly baked bread and newspapers.Also on site you will find tennis courts, badminton, gym, a laundry room, and a bar with TV for sport if any!
Within Walking Distance
Within a 10 to 15 minute walk of the caravan park is a bakery, cafe and small restaurant. Walk up out of the park and you can be at the village of Gassin, which boasts many popular restaurants and views over the Gulf of St Tropez, approximately 40 minutes walk away.
The Beaches
A good selection of beaches are within a 15 minute drive of the site, most of which are patrolled at holiday times. Details of the areas lifeguard cover, with dates and times on duty, are provided in the caravan. Many of the beaches also have little snack bars available, although we normally take our own food and buy a coffee if we want.
A Short Drive
Just a short drive away you can be in ST Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Maxime, Ramatuelle, Criox Valmer or Cavalaire. All have market days and plenty to see and do.
