CURRENTLY UNAVAIALBLE
Our air conditioned mobile was bought in 2008 and has been finished to a very high and comfortable standard inside.
It will accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms comprising of a double bed, 4 singles, and a double sofabed.
There is a separate shower room, with washing machine and WC, and a neat little kitchen with a large modern fridge.
Externally, there is a spacious deck and plenty of room generally on our pitch.
The campsite provides all electricitry, running water and ground maintenance and holidaymakers just need to provide 2 gas cylinders for the BBQ and for the cooker and hot water heating (when required).
Within the caravan are duvets, blankets and pillows, a good supply of food cupboard basics and lots of toys and extras to help make your excursions to the beach more manageable.
We have the best pitch! Located at the bottom of the campsite opposite the tennis court and the children's play area, we also get a welcoming breeze from the sea in the late afternoons. No one is overlooking us and not many others drive past.

About the Area
Situated in the Var region of the Cote d'Azur, Camping le Dattier is 3.5km from the sea and 2.5km from the old town centre of Frejus.
Within the site there are 2 swimming pools at the site entrance alongside the campsite restaurant bar and games room. The site itself is small and family run.
Locally
Frejus is a large holiday town and provides well for families. There is a water park, a Lunar fun park, go-karting and a huge array of sea activities. The main beach stretches right along the front from the new port with its large boats, to St Raphael at the other end. Behind is the promenade and the street market which appears every evening during the summer months.
Further along the coast, the selection of entertainment is endless. A day trip to Monaco or Nice by train is very manageable. A drive eastwards along the coastal drive takes you to Cannes or Cap d'Antibes and en route there is the magnificent Waterworld complex.
From Frejus there are regular island boat trips for a long lunch or a day of cycling round the island, or even a day trip to St Tropez.
If the madness of the beach is too much then well within reach are a number of atmospheric ancient hilltop towns. Many are genuinely unspoilt and provide an authentic taste of Provence. The villages are connected by scenic drives – how adventurous a route you take is up to you! The old towns regularly set up markets which the locals frequent and on the lower plains to the west are numerous winerys where tasting sessions are encouraged.
If it is not too hot then there are plenty of mountainous activities to try. There are a number of marked walks through the Esterel mountains, all of varying levels of difficulty.
