Modern, well equipped mobile home with three bedrooms, one double and two twin, a toilet, shower room, and sitting/dining area.
In addition to a full inventory for six people there is satellite TV, DVD player, fridge, freezer and microwave.
The mobile home is on a large emplacement offering a level of privacy. There is a decking area for dining, paved patio for sun bathing and shaded garden. A good quality gas barbecue is provided. Parking for one car is available.

About the Area
Caravanning St Louis is a family run site offering a good sized swimming pool with water slide and toddlers pool (open May - September), tennis court, table tennis, boules and children's play area.A poolside bar is available for snacks, drinks and lunch, and the restaurant and bar offers evening meals and take away at very reasonable prices.
Reduction of 5% on second week and 10% on subsequent weeks.
Please Note: Tax de Jour of €2 per person per day is charged locally.
Out & About
Approximately 200 metres from the site is a supermarket, which offers all you will need during your stay.
Within walking distance (approximately 600 metres) is the small town of Pegomas, which has a number of restaurants and bars in addition to another supermarket and local produce market. A Geant hypermarket is a short drive away.
The cosmopolitan town of Cannes is some 8 kilometres and offers countless restaurants and bars and many other sightseeing opportunities.
Inland there are many picturesque Provence towns and villages within easy access, along with places like Gorge de Verdon within easy reach.
The sandy beach, which stretches from La Napoule to Cannes, is a short drive away.
There is a local bus service that stops outside the site, which connects to Cannes and Grasse and from these points many other locations too, including the airport at Nice. Please note the bus service is only available until approximately 8pm.
The coastal railway offers regular services from Cannes to St Raphael, Monaco and Ventigmilia (with its renowned large bustling weekly market). From Ventigmilia many other Italian destinations are available.
