Our lovely holiday caravan on Warren Bay Holiday Park, also benefits from having has gas central heating and double glazing.

Number 13 is a 4/6 berth caravan with 2 bedrooms; one king size double bedded room with en-suite toilet and one twin bedded room. There’s also a pull -out double bed in the lounge.


The family bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.


The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave and fridge with freezer, plus many extra items to make your stay feel like home. There’s also an iron and ironing board provided.plus hover

To the one side of our lovely caravan on Warren Bay Holiday Park, is a decking area with patio table and chairs and a lockable gate. There’s also private parking for two cars.

We DO NOT include bed linen or towels in our rental cost, but they can be provided on request for a small fee of £10 per double or twin set, includes towels

We DO include in our cost, a small starter hamper, which includes a J cloth, tea towel, bath mat, black bin bag, two small white bin bags, washing up liquid, hand soap, tea, coffee, white sugar and milk, as there is no shop on the site and the nearest shop is in Watchet, with the nearest supermarket in Minehead.

Location
Warren Bay Holiday Park is in the countryside away from any main roads and shops, so is very quiet.
We do ask for NO parties or loud music. Quiet time is after 10.30pm.
On site there is a Reception that opens some mornings for two hours. This is when you are able to buy your laundry tokens (£5) for dryer and washing machines which is sited just opposite the Reception.

The area around the park is great for walking and there is a path from the site down to the pebbly beach, from which you are able to watch many fishing and large ships go by, or walk (if the tide is right) to Watchet or Blue Anchor.
Warren Bay Holiday Park also offers great access to Exmoor for walks; many National Trust properties to visit; and many small Somerset villages
