About the Area
The caravan park is conveniently located near Blue Anchor, home to a beautiful sandy beach. The historic town of Watchet, with its charming shops, pubs, cafés, harbour, and the East Quay art gallery, is within easy reach. Please note that access to Watchet by car requires a detour due to the closure of Cliff Road, though it can still be reached on foot via the beach or cliff path. Nearby, Minehead, Porlock, and Dunster—known for its picturesque village and historic castle—are well worth a visit. Nature lovers will appreciate the stunning walks in the Quantock Hills, and we highly recommend a trip to Wimbleball Lake for scenic trails and a delightful café. For an excellent Sunday lunch, The Valiant Soldier in Roadwater is a favourite, though booking in advance is essential.At-a-Glance Tick List
