Pet friendly luxury lodge to let in Brean, situated on a residential part of Sunny Glade Holiday Park, offering central heating and double glazing with a lovely lawned area.
For your peace of mind this owner has been Verified. To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Our brand new (October 2015) luxury lodge, built to residential specifications (fully insulated cavity walls and ceiling), offers full double glazing and central heating.
It has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker, microwave and all pots and pans etc. The lounge is spacious with two double settees, one being a double pull-out bed, a 50" wall-mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a large flat screen TV, along with an en-suite with shower, wash basin and WC.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
In addition to the en-suite there is a family bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
The lodge is situated in a residential part of Sandy Glade Holiday Park and has a lawned area with table and chairs for relaxing, along with ample parking.
Payment is required four weeks prior to your arrival, although late bookings will be accepted if we have availability.
In addition to the hire charge a £50 refundable deposit is required to secure the booking which, is refundable within 7 days of your departure, provided the lodge is vacated in the same condition as you arrived. The lodge will be checked after every departure.
We would like our customers to treat our property with the same care and respect that we do - we do not like to withhold the deposit as this often offends, but should we feel the need to do so, photographic evidence will be obtained.
As of 2022 entertainment passes will be extra at £30 per week and £20 for a short break per property.These are to be purchased from reception after 6pm on day of arrival and a car registration number will be needed if you have one . The passes are to use club facilities and swimming pool .
A copy of Park rules are left in the lodge and must be adhered too.
One small dog may be considered - at the owner's discretion only. Please contact for further details. Charge £10 per week
